I do this all the time. The key is make sure you get sleep like you said. Never stay up all night. If it's gonna take you 12-15 hours to do it all you must plan accordingly. Ive done this and now have a 3.7 GPA. Couldn't tell you a damn thing about my major tho
I thought I was the only one who thought studying 6 mths before exam was useless, you just end up forgetting and revisit the work when exams approach. Thanks a lot Shane😀
im in highschool and ive just been doing a bunch of flashcards, quarterly are exams are tomorrow so i might just stick to that plan since i got decent grades last time
This is an interesting video. I think I disagree with your motivations for cramming (though I am only a y12 student so take this with a grain of salt). The content you will be learning (or in your case, cramming) does not end up being completely/90% irrelevant to you. Each year's content often builds on the previous, at least certainly so from my experience in STEM subjects, so if you are cramming and not storing the information in long term memory, it will be a lot harder to learn next year / next topic's content, as you won't have the foundations on which to build it. Does my reasoning not apply in the particular degree you're doing? In which case I suppose I see the appeal of your method, though I personally would not cram as I enjoy learning and think I would want to remember my content for as long as possible. Best :)
After you pass college/university or something similar you won't be needing them to understand the next year because you will work on a job and even in high school learning them for the next year isn't useful either because you'll just end up relearning them though the lectures.
Cramming is absolute shit, you will lack systemic, well structured knowledge, you will have huge knowledge gaps and lack of fundamentals without reviewing material often and putting the knowledge into long memory. You will not be prepared for work.
Why is everyone taking about finacr im the comments? Thats completely off topic shang is giving us some wisdom about crammng but people are taking about crypto currency? Dosent make sense
Doesnt have to be every day but often. Try to learn as much as possible from each problem you do to learn from your mistakes/develop better strategies - that way you won't have to do as many problems.
Anisha he had his friend recently on this channel. He scored 100/100 in math in HSC. He said that he used to practise math an hour everyday after school..so yes!I believe you should study math everyday

Yes everything is useless, only skill and experience can make you a good engineer...
Revolutionary
Why do you think some people who cram at the last minute don’t get great grades? What do you think differentiates people
they’re not cramming properly
@@k3nz1e73 and maybe they're dumb.
Wow people really hate studying 😅

The shit they teach in school and colleges is seldom useful at work and practical life.
