Besides, it's cheaper than the Graffiato...
Graffiato cannot protect against rising damp since the damp comes from the ground. Just like tiling and stone cladding of walls, graffiato will only mask the rising damp and eventually peel off. Rising damp must be tackled from the root of the problem.
You're 💯 right ✅️... But it contains chemicals that help the rising damp, I wouldn't say it's a complete solution, but it does help... About the peeling bits, if less chemicals and glue are used, it will peel easily... for now, I think it helps..

Grafiatio doesn't help with rising damp AT ALL. Not sure where this logic comes from but its false advertisement.
If he had said it protects wall surface from water splashes, then maybe we could look into it. Even then I don't see it doing better with water splashes than tiles. But we all know even tiles don't prevent rising damp. The term "rising" is literally in the name. It's moisture rising through the block wall, it's not a surface problem.

Nobody said anything about rising damp in the video. It was a question for all to decide. if you watch to background in the video, you get to see Graffiato is painted on my building. I have used it for three years now and I haven't experience any issues including dampness on the walls.
Graffaito works better if it's mixed properly and it helps protect the building simple..

I was planning to paint my house but does graffiato cost more than painting ?
A 20L bucket 🪣 can cost around 400ghc to 500Ghc... most places like coral sells it around 600Ghc to 7Ghc..

@edwardadu9338 it's not a regular paint. It's designed to help protect ur building.
It's also made with special sand and chemicals to help protect your building..

As you can see in the background of the video, the building colour is different from the fence wall 🧱..
Graffiato paint is applied in its natural colour, and it can be repainted at any colour of your choice.
Only damp proofing will solve the problem, you are just wasting your money
Do you know it contains damp proof chemicals inside the paint...
You'll only waste money if the Graffiato paint is not mixed properly, and there are a lot of them in the market..
Since applying it to my building for the last 3 years, I haven't experienced any issues... many people that I know haven't had issues either...
I know people who have used damp proof plastic but still face issues..
