    Good video of the event, thanks for that. The DTG and CRS have collaborated for this event I may suppose? Carriage / van B214 took my attention now that I'm diving deeper into NZ rolling stock and especially carriages as I'm working on a West Coast inspired layout. This carriage is clearly a 6 wheel type C converted to run on bogies but without lengthening the underframe as was usually done when converting 4 and 6 wheelers to bogie underframes. The 31' length is as built and a guards compartment is fitted in one of the 2 seating compartments. Also 3 of the 7 windows per compartment were closed as the wooden structure as built was quite weak lacking diagonal struts in the sides, these struts were added when the windows were closed.

    i know nothing of this railway. Is it narrrow guage and how long? Looks good!!

      @@CrossfellRailwayVideos All New Zealand tracks are narrow gauge, but this particular railway is about 1km and a bit long
