Nope, I imagine it is raining cats and dogs and I am doing the laundry, sitting on a high stool, rain mist touching my face and the humming fully automatic washing machine keeping me company.
I love that even if it’s an industrial design, it doesn’t feel cold, but it feels warm and homey.

This house is an artwork. That tree would be a symbol. The balcony both on the ground floor and the top make the house so cozy even thought it is in an industrial design. Kudos to the architect

Una kong nakita tong house tour na ito sa Homescape Realty. Ang ganda po sa loob, yung tree talaga yung nakaka attract. At kung magpapagawa man ako ng bahay, industrial type yung gusto ko talaga kasi simple at spacious.
This house looks huge but when you look at the lot area it doesn't seem right. This is truly an architectural beauty.
I love this hideout, minimalist, non descript, but sophisticated on the inside. When I don't want anyone to know I'm back in the islands. Just a straight shot to the airport.
I've watch this on Facebook and I can't get over with this house. I dreamed this every night and this is probably the most beautiful house that I've seen in Presello. I would have stayed in bedroom 3, the nook area with huge windows sold me!
the roots of the tree can cause damage to the foundation of the house in the long run...
You can always replace the tiles tho...and not the tree....the tree inside sold me. 🤣 lol

Nice house. Very loft style industrial house. The extra side space inside the rooms can be used as an office or gym. I think it would be a nice add-on to have automatic curtains. Also a nice modern and minimalist chandelier and lighting on the stairs will complete the look.

Could have been better if the septic tank would be placed in the side so it wont obscure the open garden. Better invest in motorized curtains for this type of floor to ceiling glass windows. Though overall, I would be buy this type of houses in an instant; perfect for bachelors or small families. Julia is really gorgeous here!
Masisira ung flooring dahil may puno tapos ang lapit lang sa floor area , may trees kami dati ganyan din nagbitak ung tiles and floor dahil sa roots. Ok lang king small plants pero wag tree
No it won’t. I’m assuming na nilubog nila ang roots ng tree that’s why you can clearly see na nasa kalahati ng katawan lang ang makikita mo. The roots will only grow below the ground kasi nakalibing siya ng malalim to prevent it from damaging the flooring and foundation na tinatayuan ng house. Many houses that has trees do this kaya it’s pretty safe and not to mention, trees provide more lamig.
Installed yang puno na yan. Meaning malaki na nung nilagay kaya for sure inayos na nila sa ilalim para hindi madamage ang bahay.
Ganitong style ng house gusto ko. Industrial/minimalist tlga ang design. Madaling linisan.hahaha

pretty nice house. sobrang bagay po tlga ang tadao ando inspired or what we called industrial type design architecture sa pinas. mostly natural light ventilation ang approach.minimalist sa labas but it comes to interior sobrang gnda lalo na po ung cement finish type with design. and typically flat ceiling design pero ang mgnda po tlga is puro glass lalot ang gamit siguro dyn low emitting glas na temepred sobrang lupit nun.. btw ang gnda po ng design.

The future owners should consider putting a jacuzzi in the balcony. It will really give a good night atmosphere and sort of relaxation area in the house. 😁😅

I love the facade, the concrete and that big glass wall that frame that gorgeous tree. And those stairs are SEXY! i never thought id say that about a stairs. Minimalist industrial dream house for a small family. I definitely lean more towards the black marble version as hindi obvious ang dumi.

One of my favorite houses featured in presello. The other one is the BF turnkey house with all the jalousies. The aesthetic is totally right up my alley. 😍
i think that's a cistern tank (water reserve) at the back garden. septic tanks are usually located at the front, in the carports for easy maintenance and troubleshooting.
most architect's and/or designers will incorporate the downspout from the gutters to the cistern to collect rainwater (sustainability) and later on use that water for the house.

Ang ganda nung bahay and backyard with big window na kita yung tree. Tho medyo natakot ako sa wall sa may hagdanan, kase kamukha nya yung mataas na libingan na parang apartment probably because of the holes on each side. Nagmukha talaga syang patong patong na lagayan ng bangkay. Lalo na nung nasa 3rd floor si julia with matching fake grass. Ewan ko pero it really gave me the sementeryo vibe

I wish there are more houses like this in the Philippines! I love industrial type design houses!...I didnt like that BR4 doesn't have a door or that it's not fully enclosed. I would put a door and fully enclosed it.
If I owned this property, I'll make the 3rd floor as the whole master bedroom retreat. Put a glass door on the 3rd floor landing. In front of the property, I'll have the carport enclosed, so it is a true 2 car garage and have a small work space inside. I'd open up the utility room so you can access the house from the garage.

Maganda un bedroom 3 esp un (possible) work area. I even like the big whole glass living room. Maganda rin un bedroom 4 un may grassy balcony. Grabe un extended area sa bedroom 4 hahaha kita dun sa kabila bahay lalo na if galing bathroom. Mas gusto ko un white.
