this UPS won't last more than 1 hr, because an UPS is made for short term usage, the transformer and the board itself is not capable of handling that much load for a long period of time. If you still want to use a UPS as an inverter, yes you can use a UPS for long, but the load should be under 50w max (for 600va UPS).

The modifications will not make much of a difference as such UPS units are built for short term back ups and the PCB will not sustain high voltage for long.
I have a vguard ups 600 i connected to a ip camera only 10 Watts and by pass no load cutt off.. But it turn off automatically after 2 hrs need to re start again because of ic programed some what... So can u suggest any method to work this continuously till the backup charge finish (at least 70% of battery charge )

If you want to check lost voltage, connect the multimeter between the two ends of the wire (single wire while in load). It may be the positive wire or may be the negative.

no need of step down and bms. you can use directly. just make sure 12v 7ah battery charge cycle is close to 150ah one
