back to the early Bruce and Random Rob vidz of 2019/2020..i got very nostalgic watching this.i remember those glory days when Bruce was mad excited over a new zimbe or other limited edition..the monster will always have a following...i would love to see a king samurai with this dial
I find Monsters to be one of the best looking divers they make. They are unapologetically Seiko in every aspect, and personifies the brand as a whole imo. I love my 2019 anthracite dial and my 2013 MIJ Dracula, they are my favorite pieces in the collection.
Ditto! Love my willard and find myself drawn to the SPB333 and 385 at the moment. I live the textured dials theyre doing lately….its ‘almost’ Grand Seiko at an affordable price. I can see it as a gateway drug to Grand Seiko for younger collectors
@@BruceWilliams yes, they are the number 1 capital of Seiko fandom in the world and get specials like that. The new "Nights of Siam" is pretty cool new GMT.
I like it. I wish they would not have added the gold or the day complication and the magnifier but over all I like dial and colors. Monsters are definitely a polarizing watch but I am a fan. I would love to see an SLA monster with an 8L movement one day.
I really want to buy two different shades of blue, save the ocean monsters for my sons for when they get older (twin 6 boys). I just cant afford it right now.
I went back to your previous videos and learned that you used to own the SLA033J. Honestly, I don’t know how you managed to let go of this watch, especially since you love Seiko watches.
Oh man I've owned some amazing ones over the years. I like the Uemura more not because it's a little different, but because it has a good bracelet which the 033 lacked
@ It’s true that you’ve owned an impressive collection of watches over the years, but the Seiko SLA033 is undoubtedly one of the most iconic timepieces that has been reissued in a fantastic way, staying true to the original design. Seiko’s dive watches from that era are remarkable, especially with this type of rubber strap. In any case, the most important thing is that you’re enjoying your current collection and continuing to delight us with your amazing videos 😊
@BruceWilliams Yes it is, and that's a good thing, I just think the dive watch aesthetics are getting a bit lost in some cases, to the extent that some divers look too fancy for their intended purpose. Ps, keep up the good content 👌
Cool dial, but my eyes kept getting drawn away by that amazing Uemura... Talk about wrist presence!
It's one of seikos best reissues imo

Nostalgia indeed!
I don't find it ugly at all. I like it, congrats!

I think that's the most gorgeous and creative Seiko box I've ever seen!
Been wanting that yellow dial

I like it. Thailand has some really cool Seiko exclusives. I believe random rob showed this particular watch recently on his channel, too
Thailand does get a lot of great exclusives

Awesome monster

That would be next level! I would love to see that
I subbed to this channel because of all the OG seiko videos
I appreciate that. Trying to.post more of those

I miss Seikopath Bruce!
Damn, if you could get one with that dial color but without the Easter egg colored bezel, it would be 🔥

So ugly it’s beautiful!! Awesome dial too…as per usual for Seiko.
I would love a reissued SKX without all its faults. Plus upgrades that many micro brands routinely have on most of their watches.
I can't see Seiko doing it
It is no longer a dive watch.
Still iso compliant
