      You can make a video about how to implement all the body movement in your dancing. Like give a few examples of steps you can do with a chest circle styling!

    The best explanation I’ve come across so far! Thank you, one question tho - are shoulders meant to be moving loads up and down while doing the circles?

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello. While doing the chest circles, if you want to isolate them as best as you can then the shoudlers shouldn't move up and down.

    Marius thanks for this video! At the end you show a shoulder move that you can layer with the chest circles? What is this shoulder move called and do you have a video teaching that? Would be so helpful! I am comfortable with chest circles but want to be able to add those shoulder moves on top too for more styling.

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Heeey :D I hope this answeres your question -> th-cam.com/video/MeN8FH1nwRE/w-d-xo.html (there are 3 parts to the shoulder body movement, but I think in this one you get the move you wanted)

  • @pi.pi.

    Hi Marius
    Thanks for the video. You look amazing by the way 😊 I practice chest movement quite a lot but it's like for side move (right/left), mine is too narrow. Is it because I don't tend to move my waist?
    Thanks again ♥️

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello. Thank you for the compliment.
      If you know to have a little bit of flexibility in the upper body area, than the move looking to small might be from not creating the ilussion of a bigger movement with the waist (counter moving it).
      In short, if you have movement but you want it to look bigger, than yes, move the waist also.

  • @Fwildanger
    @Fwildanger 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Multumesc :-)

  • @FreeSpirit985
    @FreeSpirit985 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I think it might be useful if you tried to (approximately) specify which muscles you are using to accomplish each move. For example, I've found out that I can move my torso "side to side" fairly easily "using my obliques" (generic expression for "alternately contracting some muscles located on the side of my abdomen" - I'm not an expert of anatomy, nor I require you to be :P).
    This is just meant to be a very humble suggestion... yet I thought it could give some sort of indication that we're getting it right/wrong and might help us "feel our body". Thank you very much.

  • @itube31416

    What about my head. Trying, it seems like my neck naturally compensate to stay center with my body (between my legs). Should the head stay center with my body or follow the center of my chest?

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Let your neck/head compensate. It's okay. That will also help you to isolate your chest more (if you contract your neck muscles a little bit)

    Thanks for grate content! Glad i found this channel :-) How to be on beat whith this. Is the one wiht the chest forward and five with the chest back?

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello. Thank you.
      About the question, you can do it however you want... I usually do it on 2 counts.
      Forward on 1, back on 2, or forward on 1 2 (slow) then back on 3 4 (slow)
      You can play however you want.
