Consew 206RB-2 Industrial Walking Foot Sewing Machine

Today I will be working on the Thread Tension Assembly - Consew part # 240446. There will be no chapter markers because the entire video is just showing how to take it off and inspect it, making sure it's working properly.

Thanks for the super video! Can you tell me what the hinge posts look like on your machine? I have a 206rb-2 that seems to have two types of hinge posts molded into the machine frame. Thanks again !

Hi Steve! I just got the very same machine, looks brand new, didn’t even have oil in the system at oil. The problem I have is that, the hand wheel won’t turn. I checked the clutch, is engaged as it should (ball bearing in hole)
I would really appreciate if you could help me with this problem, hope to hear from you soon.
