Probably out of scope of the video, but putting rate limits on the servo command is especially useful to limit the abrupt elevator trim required while setting up for final. I typically run my flaps at 10 deg/s or so to limit the dynamic pilot inputs required to maintain glideslope. My buddy has a trainer with a relatively short tail moment arm and when he pops the flaps down to 30deg or so at full rate the whole plane pitches up violently as a result Figured I'd drop a comment for a novice reading this that isnt aware of flap vs elevator trim behavior.
Your ethos videos are a great resource, thx. Flaps related, could you add video on flaps to elevator mix, I use 4 wing servos for larger plane on separate channels.

@@Painless360 Add my vote for flap to elevator mix. Mixer setup has been my biggest challenge in Ethos.
@@Painless360 - Me too please. In particular, the Flaps => Ele selection in mixer. Isn't that what it's for? Can't figure out how to use it...

FrSky radio hardware is usually very good. I don't fly with one but lots of pilots really like them for fixed wing models... Happy flying!
