When i lived in this neighborhood i was a plus one for a music themed art show here. You could walk freely through the property listening to different musicians / ballet dancers in every room.

Los Angeles isn't all it's cracked up to be. There are much nicer areas in California. Los Angeles is nearly at the bottom of the list as to where I'd like to live in California.

@@swoleturd4271 you know nothing of "los angeles" and it shows. within 2 hours or less of downtown you could be at the beach, snow topped mountains, camping in the woods, off roading in the desert, eating in some of the finest restaurants or hole in the wall gems, dancing in the clubs, or drinking world renowed wine in the actual wineries that made them. but sure "LA sucks"
@@iHasCaek Really? You think I know nothing about Los Angeles. 2 hours of downtown in commute traffic you might make it to the beach along with thousands and thousands of other people. And Santa Monica is like 20 miles from downtown. You can see the snow capped mountains if, and I say if it is one of those rare clear days. The restaurants are way overpriced- the plating is nice though. Please stay in Los Angeles and far away from where I live so you don't turn my community into "smell A" .

I worked with two old gentlemen about 3 years ago. They were into arts and antiques collections. They both would go bananas in this house. In fact, I know for sure that they would never willingly leave.
Its a beauty for those who love lots of character in buildings and furnishings. Very nice Enes

Genuinely one of loveliest episodes you’ve done. I love the insight into the history of the property and just the unique look. If I had 40m to spend on a home I’m not sure I’d buy this but at the same time it’s captured me. Weird.

This is one of my favorite EY videos. Fabulous property! Eclectic, and psychedelic, I might add. Such an explosion of color that I didn't notice Enes was wearing an electric blue suit until the very end. I also thought "Someone put a lot of love into this property," and then Dana ended the video saying this home was her labor of love. One of the most remarkable things about this mega-mansion is how comfortable looking it is. None of the sterility of the standard modern mega-mansion. I'd call this place a bohemian castle. One of the few big places I would actually love to own. Thanks for sharing Enes!!!

I love older homes seeping with a long rich history! I had the privilege of living in a Mizner style home on the inter coastal in Lantana Florida ( near Palm Beach) that was built in 1926, the character & details were wonderful. Obviously it was a fraction of the size of this place , but the historical “feelings” of these old places are really unique! Thank you sooo much for sharing this!
