I'm a dealer at a casino and I would have been laughing my ass off with you 🤣 shame so many dealers have no sense of humor. I like how they sent TGC at you right away (basically casino police).. Keep in mind though they probably have your face in their database now, to watch for you card counting at all their properties lol. They don't play around with that, I'm surprised you got away with it for long enough to make $600, good job!!
I am just guessing here but I think DAvid just put down a 2 to 1 bet and won on it randomly. I don't think he was actually counting... I think you have to watch like multiple hands before its even effective too...
@@tylernichols6768 Impossible to tell if he was actually counting, but it seemed like he was there for at least a little while. Yes to count effectively you need to see more than 1 hand, but he made $600 apparently and the bet I saw was $50 so he definitely was playing for a bit.
Counting cards is EXTREMELY simple and easy... The hard part is doing it without getting caught, and when you're this dude who clearly doesn't give a shit, the hardest part doesn't exist lol.
Also that's considered a 1 to 1 bet btw, 2 to 1 is you get paid twice.
For anyone curious about counting, fuck it give it a shot... Worst that will happen is you get banned from that casino, and if you're not part of the 1% of people who can play purely for entertainment, it's a good thing.
EDIT: LMAO As I rewatched, if you go to 9:06, he raises his hand with a bunch of $25 chips as a "haha i don't care thanks for the $$$"

@@whatNtarnation90 I think his point was that counting cards don't guarantee huge profits. It increases your odds from maybe something like 49.5% to 50.5%. Most sites say that you only gain about a 1-2% edge over the house while counting. Luck almost certainly played a role too.

Your videos help smile, I had 24 screws and two rods placed in my spine to correct a 52 degree curve from scoliosis.. I battle with really bad depression ever since but when you upload it takes my mind off of things for a little bit and reminds me how I used to goof of with all my old friends before I moved and before started suffering from chronic pain and just being crippled…thank you.. this was like a mix of all the best time-periods of RossCreations, from back when Billy was laughing his ass off in the bar because of Kole the Buzzard, and all the fun episodes with Elliot; like the one of him driviving through the MCDrivethrough with his little girlfriend; and all the times Ross has been chatting to strangers (because why not?)! Even the rollerblades from his musicvideo Idiot are out again.

These jokes all seem much more forced than freelanced and I understand to grow he is sticking with this but nothing beats the old crazy videos

Still a phenomenal channel, but the garage/guerilla/improvised shooting style of the old days is even better, Billy and Kole were unlike no other duo on the internet. Charles truly reinvented vlogging and the art of the prank effortlessly, even though he's the hardest worker out there. I've been an on and off regular since the weekly videos started and also remember the shift to the 11:46 length. I was around constantly when Charles had his F-250 with Kole always in the small backseat, driving around being comedians. I never had laughed so much on youtube when the videos were uploaded daily, and there was a lot of night shooting in the beginning. Shooting at night truly throws in another dice for improvised videos. It's another atmosphere and it's gone now. Though still a great channel, will forever watch Charles Ross no matter what.

I know this is super silly and it completely doesn't matter, but for question 4 shown on screen, I think the answer is actually supposed to be "b", 4 amps, instead of "c" 5 amps, haha. :) The workings you have there are clearly not for question 4 either, since the values don't match at all. :P
For anybody curious, if I recall correctly, we can get this by solving for the equivalent resistance of the entire circuit, this gives us our source current, which incidentally, is 12 amps. Now we can calculate the voltage drop across the first resistor, unsurprisingly, it's 12 volts (since it is a 1 ohm resistor, and v = i*r = 12amps * 1 ohm = 12 volts). That leaves us with 8 volts that we need to get rid of, so we know that the voltage across that parallel section is going to be 8. Well, 8 volts/2 ohms is 4, so the current through that 2 ohm resistor should be 4 amps.
But it has been a while, so maybe I'm wrong, haha.
The equivalent resistance calculation, for anybody wondering is:
1 + 1||2 = 1 + 1/(1/2 + 1/1) = 1 + 1/(3/2) = 1 + 2/3 = 5/3 ohms.
Therefore i_source = v_source / r_eq = 20 / (5/3) = 20 / 5 * 3 = 60 / 5 = 12 amps.
