Drill 4 small holes in the thermostat to help flow but keeping some restriction so heat wil work as normal just a little slower than stock and a lot quicker than no thermostat
The eBay exhaust Rudnick is thinking of is "Manzo". Those are similar in terms of diameter to the ISR exhaust I believe, but a lot cheaper and way too loud.

We do put Vegemite in spag bowl, stews, even marinades. Gotta give it a chance. I wouldn't eat a spoon of straight Vegemite except if Tommy paid me of course.
