His Ultimate Eye allows him to predict movement (basically base ability of the sharingan from naruto) and like you already saw, hes a master swordsman. Although its a parody, u can see elements of his personality in this vid but i do recommend you watch the show when you can. (The English Dub is great too)

Big scru, Full metal alchemist brotherhood is one of those generational animes, it's been ranked number 1 on my anime list for a decade at least. I just finished it with my homes and he's sitting depressed cuz he doesn't think there will ever be a better anime to watch. I highly recommend it, you could even react to it for views. Both dub and sub are good.
Bradley is somewhat of a good guy, but in reality is a bad guy. He is the sin of wrath, but he was made with a human body (other sins were artificially created) which means he ages and if he gets killed, he stays dead unlike the other sins. The stone in their core basically makes them immortal, so as long as the stone isn't destroyed, they'll keep regenerating. It's more likely they'll die from the stone running out of 'juice', since the stone is very hard to destroy. Wrath and fuhrer is a deadly combination. This man led the country with anger, hatred and resentment. Anyone who'd threaten him, he would destroy. When a soldier (or rather that mofo envy posing as a soldier) shot an Ishbalan child, the Ishbalans led a rebellion. Bradley couldn't have them causing trouble, so he sent out state alchemists, basically human weapons, and gave an order to exterminate Ishbala and its people, causing a civil war. The only Ishbalans that survived were the ones who could escape, and state alchemists basically nuked entire cities. He fought anybody in his way, didn't matter who it was. That's why Lan Fan asked him if he ever loved anybody, and he said that he only ever loved his wife, since it's been established already that the guy hates the human race.
I'm pretty sure the version of this show that was on Toonami was the original version of the anime. This is Brotherhood, the remake, which is more true to the manga.

They are just built super durable and have to die a ton first. Bradley is specifically different and more human than the other homuculi so he only has one life and can actually age.
