Bricked DJI Osmo Action 1 - HELP

- Blank firmware version
- Can't emit WIFI or change frequency
- Takes 10 minutes to turn off
- Takes 15 minutes to initialize a SD Card, and then it's unresponsive
- Cannot update via SD Card
Why isn't there a tool for PC to completely reinstall the firmware? Very bad DJI
