This is not a commercial but a personal project and I'm not affiliated with any company(i.e. I don't earn any money from this).
I didn't MODEL any of the characters,they are from the video games of these 2 companies but I did the rigging then animated the shots. I then used Adobe After Effects and Premiere for composition. Most voice clips are from the video games, mostly from Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Injustice: Gods Among Us.
Sound Effects were edited in Audacity.

Seeing Wolverine all angry after Spider-Man’s death and Cap laying his helmet down shows how much Spider-Man means to them both you can see how much Logan actually loves Spider-Man
Not to mention, the fact it's his death that drives them to defeat the DC heroes and villains where they shouldn't be able to do so shows how important he is to the world. Nobody gets to live after taking away Peter Parker from this world, for losing him is losing faith in humanity..

I am losing patience after reading the comments. People criticising such a great animation video. Just because marvel won, DC fans are disliking this amazing video. MightyRacoon was so considerate that he also added the last scene in which it was revealed that Spider-Man and batman were playing a video game, and it actually depended on their skills of playing that video game.
Summary: Pissed off fans on either side, pls be happy that you got such a great animation video of Marvel versus Dc. This is extremely hard. Hats off to mighty raccoon.

You know, a few years ago when I watched this, I thought Spider-Man dying like that was stupid. But upon rewatching with a better understanding of him as a character, and who he is, and what his motives are, he would 100% sacrifice himself for Captain America.

I think Tobey Maguire was truly the best spiderman, the one who was the most relatable with real life issues actually mattering and if the third movie had been done correctly then it probably would have been the definitive go-to spiderman with the trilogy at the level of Nolan's work.

I was praying for a Superman vs Thor fight since the beginning of this video, I'm glad my wish was fulfilled. I also enjoyed the random fights, like Wolverine vs Joker, Harley Quinn vs Black Widow, and Aquaman vs Venom.

There weren’t Wanda,Dr.Strange etc, but if we take villains too, then Kang, Surtur, Dormammu and even it’s enough not including the others. So Marvel is the winner!

CW has ran into a black hole (I can heavily frown because director just Yeeted that in here without any consistent feats aftwrwards), he also causally pulled a speed equation breaking move in Crisis(Yet another this the directors didn't remain consistent with) and the episode Flash time in season 4 is proof. CW Flash's biggest issue is the inconsistency... Though I still love the show, it needs to address that...
I only wish the directors remained consistent with his speed. Though speed isn't everything because Barry does have a larger moveset.

I wonder what this would be like in an actual live action movie. Since James Gunn did a couple projects on both Marvel and DC, maybe he could bring together the MCU and the DC snyderverse for one big battle. It's highly unlikely it will happen, but it's ok to dream.
