imma just say this: no-one should demand something from you and make you do it if it's not what *you* want to do. any content that you put out is automatically amazing, no matter what it is, because *you* made it good. people may have come for gaming or for collabs or for sewing or anything, but we all stayed for *you*, and that's the important thing.
You should do like a ring drawing series. I think it’d be a really cool way for you to like show us all of your rings w/o just SHOWING them to us y’know.
@@DM-hv5tp I feel it's pretty clear he's referring to being able to visualize objects from different perspectives in a creative context. That's a skill that takes time and effort to develop, as people like me who try to draw mess it up constantly and end up with weird proportions and wonky/unnatural perspectives. He's talking about how it's something that comes fairly naturally to him.
@@heckingbamboozled8097 well actually if you listen closely he is making a play on words poking fun at his own skills, he is more commenting on the fact that he cannot skillfully draw with perspective (i do not agree with this statement for he has done a good job with many of the drawings he posts on twitter) he knows what it is because the human brain can perceive perspective therefore the joke is that he has used perspective his whole life without drawing it, thoough you would originally infer he is talking about drawing
i absolutely fucking love Kryoz, ever since i started watching him he just does what he wants and IT WORKS, i never heard of poly bridge and he made a genuinely hilarious series, and now hes drawing his own rings, and you can just tell hes passionate about his own art and his own style and hes just putting it out there for all of us to enjoy!! i fucking love this
i LOVE this content as an artist myself, but specifically one who doesn’t study a lot of “technicality” the way you explain. i’m super excited to watch you grow with your art because you have a natural talent but also the drive to practice with it and that’s a good combination
Definitely the silver one, since you did a rough basis then did the gold one in one swoop you could really learn and go back to patch up the silver one. Really impressed with the reflections, ruby is my birthstone too ;)
JOHN I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE SO GOOD AT DRAWING OMG- As an artist myself I absolutely ADORE seeing these sorts of drawing process videos!! I just found this channel by accident, and I cannot tell you how pleased I am to see this!!! Good job dude!
i really liked this art commentary it was something different but u did a good job with it and i really liked how both rings turned out but the silver has to be my favorite one, i hope there’s more art commentaries to come:)
I'm going to be completely honest, before I watched I was like "Oh man... That's not something I'd enjoy watching" but honestly, this has been one of my favourite videos. It's not something I'd sit down at my desk and watch like most of your videos but watching this while laying in bed was honestly one of the best experiences. I haven't enjoyed watching a video this much in a long time!
Bro I love this. You make me so happy because I can relate to a lot of the ways you do things and think, and when seeing you do things and seeing how you work and what works for you makes me want to try new methods and hobbies like this
I totally understand what you mean when you said that there’s a point when you can’t do anything else but you can’t say it’s done yet because you know something could be better and fixed but I just think, I will keep working on what I’m struggling in , i just need to practice more and yeah the important thing is to not give up (bc I do that a lot lolol)
Yo, I saw these on twitter! Didnt realize they went over each other and that's just really nice. Super happy that there's a video out now too! Ay, ngl, I'm digging the voice over the recording for this type of speedpaint/speedart videos. Personally, I love timelapse art and animation and most of the time it's just music, and that's great, but the jazz in the background and the chill constant commentary is so calming and nice. Although real time voice recording would be super dope for challenge videos. Also the zoom in on the details and little chinks in the silver ring gives me life.
Your art is very good, and I would love to watch more Kryoz hobbies. It is so awesome watching you and hear you have passion and fun with something, it is great.
Great job John. I know how you feel, when I finish a drawing I sometimes find myself going back to drawings from several months ago and adding details to them. But you did great out the rings! Your work on the coloring and shading looks amazing. I'm really looking forward to future to future art videos you put out. Just remember to have fun with it, many people put to much pressure on themselves and it makes them feel like each piece has to be perfect, so they are now rushing to get it done and to have it perfect. Having a break every 30 minutes is good to keep your mind fresh when drawing. Again, great job on the rings, and have a nice day.
This was super fun to watch specially with the kinda vibe commentary you put over it! Since you asked for stuff to draw on second maybe some of the trees and shit from your walks
I would love to see more drawing vids from you! Maybe some of game environments like you were saying in a previous video, but don’t feel too pressured just do them when you feel like it
If you like interesting rings, I recommend getting a ring with labradorite or alexandrite as the stone. Labradorite is a different color at different angles. Alexandrite is a different color in different types of lighting (natural, incandescent, fluorescent).
Please upload more of this, I love drawing videos and with the addition of one of my favorite TH-camrs just makes for such an amazing few minutes of content
Looks amazing, John, thanks for sharing it! Looking forward to seeing more of it :3 Maybe try to recreate your favorite childhood toy/character/stuffed animal
I lost my ring at a party at my friends place. it was my mums, really cool design, looked like two leaves curling almost yin yang-like but not touching at the front. i still think about it a lot. damn you, margaritas
The demand and anticipation for this series is very high but i hope you dont feel pressured about doing it fast or rushing into it like with the sewing vid. Just do your thing we all support your way of doing it
this is why Kryoz will always be in my top 3 favorite youtubers. dudes not afraid to upload whatever the fuck he feels like, and the video is a banger no matter what. keep trying new things man! looking forward to more art videos maaan (:
Yoooo they look so awesome, I love the details around the rubies on the silver ring! And your commentary was very chill and cool to listen to, I'll be looking forward to more content like this.
I could listen to John talk for hours and hours dude your rants are so oddly calming and your voice has so much inflection without changing volume and it's so consistent I love itttttt
I love these more laid back, just talking videos, and art definitely fits the mood well. Looking forward to seeing more of this, regardless of how you decide to go forward.
I actually genuinely enjoyed watching this, your solo commentary is always so nice to watch because it's kind of like a podcast, I can just relax and do something while also listening to you in the background. Even the drawing/painting is just insane, I remember seeing some of your paintings a bit on Twitter but just its so insane seeing it happen right there, you're just a very talented person and I'm glad I found you years ago man, do what you want to do man :)
watching john's art videos leave a therapeutic kinda energy and i like it, not only that but i can also learn from it because i also draw myself. can't wait for more!
I absolutely loved this. The drawing, the rambling, the rings, the rubies and the overall feel to the video. And I learned that you're a July baby too. Also, the similarities of how our brains jump from one thing to another is both scary and relieving. I very rarely ever hear thought processes like mine so it's nice to experience it.
you should do something where its like surreal art or some shit, like the drawings of characters crossed with space or something, especially with how you are shit could look and be entertaining, also show or talk about the brainstorming before jam for ideas cause that would be interesting too.
Yo this is super cool content that I didn't expect! As someone who loves to watch people draw and who draws myself, but you did absolutely fantastic and I'm so proud of you for branching out and making things that give you joy!!! Been watching you for quite a long time and don't plan to stop anytime soon
I sat and typed part of a paper while listening to John talk. I basically do my homework like this sometimes. Your voice is very soothing babe😌. Enjoyed the content and am excited for more.
I’m so happy to see you posting art vids! I was hoping you would do something like this when you started posting your art on Twitter and Instagram. If your still into sewing I think that’d be interesting to see as well, though that’s much harder to film and talk about. Anyways hearing you talk about your art process was wonderful, so excited to see more :)
Damn man, I had no idea you were so talented and I've literally been watching you for yeeeears. I'm a photographer, but I consider the most impressive type of artist to be people who can paint or draw, that shit always blows me away. My artistic abilities cap off at stick men so I've always wished I could draw. I totally feel you tho about never thinking your work is good enough and focusing on it way too long. I've edited a single photo for 2hrs before, it's hard. All in all I just wanna say I really liked this video and it was cool hearing you talk about art more, would love more of this content🙌🏻
Man, I am now binge watching your arts vids..... idk ig imma make a playlist for it so i can watch and listen on loop. This is therapeutic af for my decade art block self.... thank you john *sends hug virtually with consent*

That's deep and I'm 13
We love the homie kryoz
i can’t wait for more art videos, the rants are impeccable
Definitely
i see your comments on every single video 😂
You should do like a ring drawing series. I think it’d be a really cool way for you to like show us all of your rings w/o just SHOWING them to us y’know.
^ I very much support what was said up there
^^ i heavily support this idea
Love this idea ^
^ this idea is amazing
Thats a Great idea, i heavily support this idea^ :)
I think I speak for everyone when I say that I’d absolutely love to see more of these.
I can’t draw for shit but these make me want to draw
Same
i love his voice. like he’s rambling at some points but i still nod my head as if he’s talking to me irl lol
he also kind of reminds me of kaminari... SOMEONE ELSE TELL ME THEY THINK THIS PLEASE
@@chargedmooalt wait lowkey he does omg

@@DM-hv5tp it makes perfect sense to me and it's hilarious

and yeah speedpaint is the proper terminology for these types of videos

watching john ramble while drawing is so interesting. his art is so cool too

Love seeing you do stuff you love Kryoz. Keep it up.
Who in their right mind would ever dislike this video “the 7 people we ALL see”
It’s working, your scaring them away. Another full day since this comment and there’s only been 2 more.
Yeah, this format is the move... kryoz rambling podcast next?

I draw by hand mostly in black and white. I'm not that great at colors and I am bad at digital art. You are amazing at it!
So glad you decided to do this, your actually so talented it’s unbelievable :)
