      Hello!
      To stabilize the welding rod, it is helpful to hold the left elbow against the jig.
      To make the arc stable, keep the short arc distance!👍
      thanks for watching😎😎

    양쪽 끝에 슬러그가 박히네요 뭐가 문제 일까요?

    • @kimchiwelder8410
      @kimchiwelder8410  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      안녕하세요
      양쪽끝에 융착이 되기전에 좌우로 미리 움직여서 그렇습니다!
      융착이 잘 되지않은 이유는 여러가지가 있겠지만,
      보통은 머물러주는시간부족 , 낮은 전기값, 용접봉각도 이 세가지중 문제있는부분을 해결하면 깨끗하게 슬래그 밀어내면서 좌우로 융착이 잘될거 같습니다.
      양쪽끝에 융착이 되는기준은 깨끗한 쇳물이 완성+원하는 높이까지 용접물을 채우면 반대방향으로 위빙하시면 됩니다.😎

      Yes, you're right.
      Next time, when I film the CWB welding video again,
      I will also capture the bending test result in the video.

      @davidpayumo23 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Jsef0801 You sound like you never took the CWB test. 45 minutes is the official time a welder is allowed to do a test plate. This guy is trying to help welders. Your comments are useless. The standards in Canada are different. And yes to other welders you are allowed to use a wire wheel on a grinder.

      안녕하세요,
      피클링 페이스트가 제가 알기로는
      스테인레스 용접의 변색된 부분을 클린하기위한 용도 인걸로 알고 있습니다.
      그라인딩 스패터 자국(?)이 제거가 잘 될지는 모르겠지만 한번더 확인해 보심이 좋을듯 합니다.
      이게 일반가정에서 사용되어지는 제품이 아니라서 home depot나 canadian tire같은곳에서 팔지않는걸로 알고 있습니다만,
      구글검색시에 온라인으로 판매하는곳이 있지만, 접근하기 좋은 가격대는 아닙니다..
      제 답변이 큰도움이되진 못하겠지만, 스패터 자국을 무사히 잘 지우시길 바랍니다😎😎
      버나비는 작년에 제가 일때문에 한동안 머물렀던 곳이네요, 좋은동네에 지내셔서 부럽습니다👍👍😎😎

    How do you stop from getting arc blow when you tie into the weld on the beveled plate on the root pass?
    Why are you dragging the rod so much before you tie in? Any reason for that?
