I know it will be hard to believe but if you check the backrooms lore, level !!! (Run for your Life) adjusts itself for everyone, so it is a hard level no matter the person in it, it is also around 10 kilometers from the starting point to the exit, which means that Usain bolt would feel the level as hard as a fat person would, except he may survive, but there is a “Harder” version of level run called Hotel Chase (Level !-!) it is a sublevel of level run were there is only one entity but it is really fast and there is no almond water throught the level so people can drink and regain their stamina, it is also double the distance of level run, but the entity in question has a fixed speed, which means that no matter the person it will ALWAYS have the same chasing speed, which is why in the backrooms lore there is proportionally more survivors of level !-! Than level !!! Also it is said that there might be a chance upon completion of being sent back to the frontrooms (33%) so yeah…. (Just typed this cuz why not)

I thougth level 0 was considered one of the safest, allowing you to collect some resources, rest and gather some information of the backrooms with less entitys than other levels
it is but isnt at the same time level 0 is endless and has no entities reported but wanderers often hear noises that sound like other humans, in level 0 there IS NOT any other humans or entities in that level, and yes resources do spawn in that level. Its also very hard to find an exit to the level.

Level 6 has insanities actually, but they're rare. And it's one of very few levels that when you go insane makes you into an insanity.

Level 2 is also a bit dangerous but mostly of the time is a safe level
