First start 42 Year Old Vespa P200 Engine in a 1966 Allstate Blue Badge

A guy I bought a Vespa P200 from had a couple other P series Vespas. I finally got them, one of which was a crashed P200. Bike was a 1980 model and the license plate was from 1986. There’s only 102 miles on the odometer.
I took the engine out of the old body, cleaned it up a little, unstuck the clutch plates, rewired the stator and slapped it in the Allstate.
