    *Ingredients:*
    - All purpose wheat flour
    - Water
    - Salt
    - Sugar (optional)
    - Oil
    - Milk
    *Instructions:*
    1. Mix the flour ,sugar and salt in a large bowl.
    2. Gradually add oil,milk and water ,knead into a soft dough.
    3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
    4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.
    5. Cook each chapati on a hot griddle until it puffs up and has golden spots.
