I like how these horns are shaped.. very much like modern PA speakers horns in compact boxes.. JBL and Altec went through many designs, but this was before and is considered better sounding than radials etc.

Yes, they are just beautiful and they sound amazing, can’t really compare with any others, but as far as I know they are the best I know.

This speaker does have good bass?? I think it needs , High Current amplifier.

Klangfilm speakers were done for cinema use, they are really good but they need to be settled with a baffle around, and quite a big one, at least one meter each side, in this configuration they perform at their best… for space reasons I use them “naked”, but still they sound very well and for what I can say basses are more than fine…

@@ilfafioccaro417 I have it one, But I have to use Tube Amplifier.
      To hear more Bass.

Yes, they were intended to be use with tubes amplifiers, I use them with Klangfilm/Siemens tube amplifiers and the result is quite good

@@ilfafioccaro417 Absolutely Agreed. Great Job, Just I worried about the Bass, I am sure that It needs Real Current instead of Wattage.
maybe It works with less than 10 watts. but the main Drive for this speakers should be Current.
      Thanks For your answer.

beautiful constellation! Did you wire the speakers over transormers to 100V or did you change the output transformer wiring on the 2805... ? Ive got a pair of these and would need some advice for changing the Output to 6Ohms...

Hi , what you mean? The speakers are 15 ohm, and the amplifier is a Siemens Klangfilm settled originally for 15ohm speakers...

@@ilfafioccaro417 My 6S Ela 2805 is originally delivered as a 100Ohms/100V "ELA" Amplifier for lage speaker systems with long distances between them, therefore they use high voltage output and a input transformer at every speaker to reduce the high voltage back to standard 8 or 16ohms... But the output transformer of that 2805 has a special feature: the 100Ohms of the output coil is separated in 4 equal coils of 25Ohms which are originally connected in serial, but can be rewired either partially in parallel (than 12,5Ohms) or completetely in parallel (6,25 Ohms) to be used directly with normal speakers. This is why i asked if you have rewired them, i am searching for the cable colors to do that, i know its possible, but i dont know how...
