  • Check out these stunning St Louis style ribs from Bobs Family Butchers. These were cooked on the Kamado Joe Classic 3 using the Slo-roller.
One rack is layered with Sriracha, Angus & Oink Honey & Chilli Rub, honey and orange juice then finished with a Five Monkeys Orange & Chili BBQ sauce glaze
The other rack has mustard, Bowers Barbecue Apple Sugar & Pepper rub, brown sugar and apple juice then finished with a Smokin Yankees Belfast Apple & Whisky BBQ sauce glaze.
    Both were absolute winners!

Brilliant cook, let Marcus down with the long sleeves! The Apple and Sugar rub didn't seem to "sweat" in the fridge like the A & O rubbed rack but the pull back and tenderness was definitely there on both at the end. I'm looking forward to some Kamado Joe Bottle Sterilising and Baby feed warming vids, mate!

Haha it was definitely a bit chilli out there! Cracking ribs though, totally worth it!

Awesome looking ribs, Elk, I am definitely going to try some from BFB! I really like A&O's Sweet Bones and Butts rub, layered with something with a bit more heat, like their Porky White Chick or Butt Rub, so I'll give the Honey Chilli a go as well. How sweet is the Five Monkeys Orange & Chili sauce? Thanks

It's quite sweet but damn tasty! Worked really well with the honey & chilli rub
