susy salinas, congratulations! I’m not a mother, but as with anything in life, you learn as you go. I can’t imagine that there ever was (or ever will be) a first-time mom who didn’t feel the way you do. There’s no rule book for being a parent. You’re gonna be so in love with your baby that you’ll enjoy the time with him/her! Be encouraged!

Aliyah Chantel ugh it sucks, at my hospital they’re only allowing 1 person with me in the Delivery room due to the virus going around. Be safe please!! And we will do just fine. Good luck to you 💕

Aww he doesn’t seem to mind the bath at all 😍 I had a screamer at first 😂 and I agree just having a small routine with really small ones helped! Although it’s not super strict, just to get them in the swing of things with the fam!

My husband slept in the other room too. He had to be up early for work so I didn't want him waking up all night.
I believe it's normal when you have newborn.

Yup! The crying while changing is normal and the bath time will get better once they get used to it and the water is warm
I feel for you on those through the night wake ups! 😩 I know some don’t mind, but I really didn’t enjoy that part 😕 like you said, worth it though!

I always used a regular sock if my daughter didn’t have a footed pajama so she can’t kick the Owlet sock off!

I'am so excited and anxious. I'am 23 weeks pregnant so I have estimated 17 weeks left. I have a Viral Baby Shower to prepare for,baby shopping to prepare her bedside nursery,buy items for myself,and list continues. But this being our 3rd child/daughter my husband will be a awesome help.

Omg I swear this looks EXACTLY like my nighttime routine right now with my one month old! I thought I was the only one who didn’t sleep with my husband during the adjusting to a new baby! It makes me feel wayy better that I’m not the only one !

Hello! I just had my baby a week ago and I was wanting to breastfeed only, but I'm having such a hard time producing milk. I haven't had a letdown either, so I've had to feed her formula since coming home from the hospital. I was wondering if there are any tips that can help me produce milk! I also pump every hour for 20minutes to try and get my supply up that way
Try breast feeding first, then giving your baby the bottle. Your body will respond better to the baby than a pump. It might take a little longer since your baby isn't feeding from the breast. Also some moms just take longer for the their milk to come in.
i was pumping in the hospital and slowly ii start having so much milk bu my boy couldn't lach so i have to pump out my milk and had bad advice on how to do it ending up in the first 2 months to be engorged and not having enough milk. now at 3 months i still pump my milk and give it to him with thebottle, i wish he could drink from my breast but it is not possible, so what i have learned is that if you pump do it every 3 hours for 30min, not every hour, and drink almond milk, even only a cup a day will make have milk, drink water and eat and rest, first week are hard to have much milk because you are tired and worried about your little one and its normal. relax, dont worry to much its ok if you give him formula if you dont have enough breast milk, put him at the breast everytime he is hungry it should help.

How do you function during the day if you are up all night? My husband works and I tried staying up but my girl does not like bassinet and so some nights there is no sleep and I'm so cranky the next day. Do you have any suggestions so I can stay sane and my husband gets sleep? She's a month old.
Ugh I know it’s soo hard !! I live off of coffee & and I know it’s advice you probably hear all the time but try your best to nap whenever the baby does during the day !! Also , I know some parents stay in different rooms if they have to work the next day , but that depends if you want his help or not . Best of luck to you mama ! You’ll get through the tough stages even though it feels never ending

For the kids coming into bed with u there’s a technique called the stay in bed technique first you get the kids ready for bed as you normally would then u put them in there bed and say goof night then if they get outta bed once u say it’s bedtime darling then the second time they get up u say it’s bedtime then the next time they get up u say nothing and just place them back in bed every time they get up. I’ve seen super nanny try this technique for other parents and it has worked 100 percent but u and travis would have to work together especially because u have the baby and because that’s what parents do

I have that same pink night jacket and love it. Unfortunately my little 4 pound yorkie loves it also and as soon as I take it off and lay it on the bed, he goes straight for it and curls up in it. So yeah, he gets to use it more than I do..lol. Little stinker.
