SubhanAllah, I saw this in my recommeneded after 11 months of it being made, on literally the 14th night of shaban and I have never known what shaban is. SubhanAllah!

I have question I wanna fast 15th shaban is tomorrow also is Friday tomorrow and some of people told me that I can't cuz of Friday is weekly eid

Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say, ‘None of you should fast on a Friday unless he fasts the day before or the day after.’” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1849, Muslim, 1929)

if he is are referring to Hafiz Ibn Hajar as he said, then I think his are mistaken, this is becuase he critiqued the scholars of Sham for taking on this practice specifically on the 15th night of Shaban becuase of the many weak Ahadith and calling it Bidah in his book Lata'if Al-Ma'arif, if you haven't looked at it yet I recommend you do so, it's a really good book.
