  • Does anything Different Happen on The 15th Night of Sha'aban?..
Does anything different happen on the 15th night of Sha'aban, and is there a special way of observing it? What do we need to remove from our hearts in order to be forgiven in advance of Ramadan? And in what practical ways can we make the most of this sacred, yet forgotten month?

Allah also says if he wants He can guide all human beings. But we know whoever does not try to find guidance will not be shown it. So goes with forgiveness.

What happens to those who are abused and cannot reconcile and are stuck in their marriage? What happens to them then when reconciliation is not an option. What happens to the abusers, the abused feel guilty for not being able to help… why do the advisors and lectures leave out the people who are abused and have no way to escape? It’s like there is no way out for us in this world and for Allah Ta’ala to forgive us for not being able to remove the anger and resentment towards the abusers. Then what’s the point… you make them feel even more hopeless and unworthy, you never ever give them hope and as always they are alone… how are their lives any different from those who being tortured and tormented around the world… for going through this what is their reward if any from Allah Ta’ala?

It is a test for these people, and I am agree with you, it is so difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I also questioned why kids go through abus*e and why they have to suffer? Those kids did nothing wrong however they were tested and they will be rewarded.

@@Ibrahimjan23 give the kid to him as it’s father’s responsibility to raise his kid not yours lady. You are a woman and must be protected provided and respected not abused. If you know in Quran it’s mentioned he has to pay a lady who breastfeed’s his child graciously. So just leave the child to his father and start over a new life ask Allah swt to bless you with a man who will accompany you to jannah and cherish you first. If he doesn’t care about his own blood he is a junk

The 15th of shaaban specifically isn't a day where we should single it out for good deeds rather the entire month of shaaban is a blessed month and we should increase in good deeds as we prepare for ramadhan. Hope that helps

Prophet pbuh did not give gifts to his wife and their a narration when his daughter after marriage came to him for food he instead taught her dua but men nowadays make their wives bring wealth from their parents home as much as possible this is insane

Shaykh Ibn Baz (may Allah have mercy on him) said in Hukm al-Ihtifal bi Laylat al-Nisf min Sha’ban (Ruling on celebrating the fifteenth of Sha'ban):
“Celebrating the night of the fifteenth of Sha'ban (Laylat al-Nisf min Sha’ban) by praying etc, or singling out this day for fasting, is a reprehensible bid’ah (innovation) according to the majority of scholars, and there is no basis for this in Shari’ah.”
And he (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
“There is no sahih hadith concerning the night of the fifteenth of Sha'ban (Laylat al-Nisf min Sha’ban). All the ahadith that have been narrated concerning that are mawdu’ (fabricated) and da’if (weak), and have no basis. There is nothing special about this night, and no recitation of Quran or prayer, whether alone or in congregation, is specified for this night. What some of the scholars have said about it being special is a weak opinion. It is not permissible to single it out for any special actions. This is the correct view. And Allah is the Source of strength.” (Fatawa Islamiyyah, 4/511)

@joannedagal2023 The 15th Shabaan, also called Shab-e-baraat, is the night of forgiveness and of course, is a special night, ignore the above comment, wahabism is an innovation itself it's sole purpose in being to divide the ummah claiming Islamic traditions such as this is bidah or shirk
