don't feel guilty if you don't agree with those thoughts, they are intrusive thoughts and it's not you, so just ignore them and they will stop, if you think about them and stress about them they just keep increasing, it happened to me, i couldn't even pray in peace, now I'm doing way better Alhamdulilah. Hope this tip helps you InshAllah

One more thing...if you get bad and negative thoughts about Allah, Islam, Holy Prophet(peace and blessings be upon him), and you dont want them to stay in your mind then just dont pay any attention to them...in a few daya InshAllah you will see that, that thought/those thoughts have stopped coming. Remember the more importance you will give to them, the more will they come.

    great and insight lecture .
Islam tells u to begin with watch out for ur thoughts. Its so strong & powerful and determine ur destiny. Watch ur thoughts, they become ur words. Watch ur words, they become ur actions. Watch ur actions, it become ur habits. Watch ur habits, it become character. Watch ur character, that becomes ur destiny.

    Assalaamulikum wa Rahmatallahi wa Barakatuhu
I hear and understand your message in this khutbah however it takes a very committed mind to be constantly directing one’s thoughts away from sinful thoughts especially in a western society when it’s constantly thrown in one’s face. We can but try to guide our thoughts to Allahu to grant us the ability to block these sinful things from us.
On another note, I was asked recently about one of the instructions our Prophet Sal said to his wife Aisha, when he asked her to bring the Quran to him and she not wanting to touch the holy book said she can’t! Our Prophet pbuh asked her why? She replied because she was unclean, Prophet Sal replied you can touch it & she took it to him. Can you please confirm that this is in the Hadith and it is as I have interpreted it. And can you please say where I can find this guidance if it exists.
