Mayor Gloria Signs Landmark Hillcrest Plan Update into Law

SAN DIEGO - Mayor Todd Gloria on Wednesday will sign into law a landmark update to the City’s community plan for the Hillcrest neighborhood. The Hillcrest Focused Plan Amendment, also known as Plan Hillcrest, adds capacity for 17,200 new homes and establishes an LGBTQ+ cultural district and an entertainment district to reinvigorate the small businesses and nightlife in Hillcrest.
