Could be the Cold temps and a 300 foot field. That 52/300 classic plus is more like a 44/300 on those fields. Or it could be they ran out of hard balls lol
@@USSSALIVE I'm sure not every ball is at that speed but even if they were the outfielders are not impressive and some of the infield throws are bad . I'm not saying it's not entertaining but it seems like they grab the guys that can hit the long ball and are not concerned about defense.

just shocking that a AA team wins the tournament with 4 major team in it. Chick Fil A hit great. and deserved the win.
Equally shocking that teams at that level are allowed to use courtesy runners.

Its a mandatory runner for the pitcher so the pitcher can get his gear on for defense and save time.

I know it was cold and late but I've seen it in other games as well and that is how unimpressive the defense is at this level .
