- 2023 Pocket City Dual #2 condensed semifinal game - Monsta/Sonny's/Worsham/Red Athlete (NC-Major) vs Resmondo/SIS/All American/Menosse (FL-Major) - 8/12/2023 at the Deaconess Sports park in Evansville, Indiana. It was 82 degrees and they used the Dudley Pro-M ball (ET code) on a 300-310-315-310-300 foot field with a 16 HR limit.

Wow! everyone was hitting wicked line drives. Barnes is a great fielder but he was having some throwing problems today. Lot of great defensive plays by both teams. Lot of runs....

It takes a lot of experience to hit like them. Plus it helps if you are 220 pounds lol. When I first started playing softball I wanted to get really good but I realized it wasn’t worth the effort

I missed that rule if it changed. Book says it should be called a ball if it hits any part of the plate.

So I kind of forgot about this and didn't watch as much as last year. What happened to Rock Run? I saw they're in class C now? Did their best players get poached? It seems nuts that a B team finishing 5th in the Major World series would get demoted.
Rock Run 'B' team from last year is this years Roofx AA team and they are ranked 5th in the country right behind the 4 major teams.

So most of their techniques at bat is to keep their back foot at the top of home plate. Is that a certain batting strategy?
I believe it is to catch the ball higher which gets the ball over the infield.

How so? That is how I get paid so I can cover another tournament. I have placed an ad every 6 minutes or so in every video for the last 10 years. This 34 minute video has 3 ads.

It’s just a different game at this level and every league has their own set of rules. HR caps, no hits back at the pitcher… it all has its place.
