On the COS, when I turn on external access I am able to ping the backbone IP from outside devices, but still can't contact the cellular network side. Additionally, when external access is turned on, I am unable to ping outside devices from the mobile phones, yet when I turn external access off, then I can ping outside devices from the mobile phones, but still can't ping the cellular network from the outside. I have not been able to find a solution.

is it possible to connect two cell towers between them ?
Everything is fine but i couldn't give messege from google server to phones.
Turn on external access in Central office server and it will work
