Offshore #43: April Update, let's start putting the boat back together!

April was a good month, other than many of our helpers are out working resulting in less progress than we hoped. This isn't a complaint, we train them to fix boats and they go start their careers using the skills we're taught them!
April has the record for least amount of money spent in a month, that is great news for the shrinking budget we have to work with. The spreadsheet says only $196, I must have forgotten something, that is crazy low.
