Its october 2020, and im still an S7 edge user.. i could say s7 edge is a hella a smartphone.. one of tge best smartphones ever created.. very high performance, fast internet connection, powerful cameras, top of the line durability, extreme water resistance, stunning edges.. what a phone.. what a beast..

@@samsungnewzealand hey Samsung, just giving you an update because my mother has now dropped her phone just while she was sitting and it was broken, so I ordered her some screen protectors because this phone is still good, just to protect her fingers when using it.
But the screen protector reduces the sensitivity and so touching is annoying now. You have to press harder and it's also very hard to find a good screen protector online since this is an old model.
That being said, there's no option to increase your sensitivity in settings because of this. So I decided to let her choose between a refurbished but in excellent state s8, s9 or s10 on sale too. She chose the s10 and the green color is the cheapest excellent so I ordered it for her and I also ordered her a matching case and some hopefully good screen protectors as well.
I'm expecting the s10 to be just as much or even better of a beast than the s7 edge! I'll give an update once everything has arrived.

Why was this recommended 7 years later?
Had gotten a Gift of S7 Edge on the day of release,,, till date I'm still using it,,, Kept it with love, has a New Like Condition with not even a single tiny hairy scratch,,, still have it's original handfree, cable, charger and full box all in new like condition 😌... battery backup is still beast goes through a whole day... Also typed this comment on my beloved S7edge... changed alot of phones but kept this one,,, I don't care of my iPhone 12 as much as this one cuz it's Precious,,,.. I think I'm a good caretaker btw...

Samsung knew we loved a lot of features back then (expandable memory, 3.5mm headphone jack, power brick). I guess they forgot.
I am typing this comment on an S7. I have had it for just over 2 years, it was my dad's old phone. I recently brought a pre owned S20. When that phone arrives in the post, I will return my S7 to my drawer with my S3 and $20 vodaphone phone. RIP S7, you will be missed :*(

before exactly two years i bought this amazing phone and still it didn't let me down in any way , being a student this phone helped me to easly transfer word and PowerPoint documents from any computer to my phone , when it comes battery, it is affective as the day i used it , i feel blessed using the s7 edge ,and definitely recommend it .

This phone is a great masterpiece. I've been using it since it came out. It's camera was the best. I hope they bring it back with an upgraded version of Andriod and also a good battery.

I gotta agree. On this era, the Samsung Galaxy S7 has the fastest auto focus in any Smartphone. I am 100% an Apple guy but I had an S7 before and yeah, the auto focus is really insane.
This year, I don’t know what happened but the s20 and s21 series ain’t focusing that fast.
