    If rates go higher than what was put in paragraph 1A (1) can the buyer back out at anytime or does it have to be within the number of days in paragraph 2A?

    Quick question for you,
    On FHA if the home does not appraise then seller agrees to drop price to appraised value (amendment signed by both parties), will the seller be entitled to earnest money?

    I know contracts get revised all the time. Is this addedum still valid as of July 12, 2022?

      Hi Lizette,
      I just checked TREC and the last this form was updated was March of 2020. This should be good to go!

    Great video. As a new Texas agent, If I have a conventional client that wants to have house appraised during the option period but option period doesn't have enough days to get results would the 3rd party addendum protect them from losing their earnest money if house aprraises low?
