    NY China Town Dim Sim restaurants some of the best Baked Pork Buns and they also make Steamed Pork Buns but the Baked I think are the best of the two,

    Marion, my mouth is watering watching your videos, and especially anything BBQ pork! I too always have some frozen especially because we don't have any restaurants who sells it around here. My only concern is the butter which I really don't like. Could I use margarine?

    NY China Towns Dim Sim Coffee restaurants make the best Baked Roast Pork Bun and Steamed Pork Buns I have been eating the baked pork bun for over 50: years.

    Hi Marion, i like your videos: they are instructive with visual cues. Keep up the good work!
    I would like to seek clarification on the amount of sugar used in the bread dough: the recipe on your website states 1/2 cup which, based on different websites, is about 100 to 120g, and therefore is about 30% to 35% of cake flour. Is such proportion of sugar to cake flour the intent? Thanks.

    I tried this recipe 3 times but can’t seem to get the dough right. It came out very sticky and wouldn’t rise. I tried adding more cake flour and it still didn’t work. Very sad 😭

      You realize she has over 1mil subscribers, right? She puts a ton of production work into this, including the work of developing recipes. If she wants to monetize her efforts with a brief ad in the beginning that we can personally fast forward past, I think it's worthwhile.
      You're announcing your departure during a really fun party -- no one cares you're leaving. We are too busy enjoying ourselves.

    I love her but just saying ‘go to the website’ makes the video almost pointless. Absolutely put the full recipe on the website (I use it often for things I’m making) but for gods sake, she needs to say the measurements as she’s adding the ingredients. I do want her to make money from her great work, but she’s misjudged what’s acceptable, purposefully withholding information to force people to her website is just a jerk move.

      Hi Mark, thanks for your feedback, but actually I don’t make any direct money from my website. We don’t even accept ads on there if you care to take a look. The reason I don’t do measurements in the video is that I have followers from all over the world here and to do the necessary conversions for all e.g. relevant grams/ounces weights or Celsius or Fahrenheit etc gets really boring really quickly….for me and for anyone watching. I work really hard to make my content inclusive and relevant for people all over the world so I don’t appreciate you calling my efforts a jerk move. Thanks

      @@Marionskitchen you may not make money off it (tho ironically i do want you to make money because I know that is a constant concern i hear from the good content creators) but if its just the c/f and metric/imperial thing that is something every video personality must deal with I'd imagine. Since it's mostly just Americans at this point refusing the metric system (I am American, and British and born in Adelaide so I'm whatever and none) I'd personally suggest metric, especially since both Thailand and Australia use it which is more relevant for your content but either way most viewers are used to watching people use both measurements and converting. More important is that a measurement, in any system, is used on the video.
