I'm sorry about the inconsistencies and inflections in the audio, after taking a small break from content creation, I fell out of practice and found it difficult to get back into the groove. I suffered an injury to my tailbone which further hindered my motivation and focus, however I have since recovered and trying returning to my previous routine. I thank you for your patience and continued support!

The eyes on the endworm are huge and might see alot better than we think, they're only small by comparison to the rest of it's body.

Not necessarily. While I haven’t played Barotrauma myself (I just came across this game like a few hours ago lol), most deep sea creatures in our world have vestigial eyes, simply due to there being very little light in the ocean at the depths they inhabit. Additionally, a lot of the gameplay I’ve seen doesn’t show a particular abundance of bioluminescence (glowing creatures, think Fireflies, Anglerfish, or for a more sci-fi example Pacific Rim’s Kaiju), so there really wouldn’t be an evolutionary pressure to develop, or even maintain, good eyesight. Not only are eyes rather fragile, you need much more brainpower to make out details instead of just differences in light level, which consumes valuable calories that are incredibly sparse at these depths.
Moreover, all encounters with the Endworm I’ve seen start with a radar pulse emanating from the worm, so it probably uses sonar, rather than sight, to hunt prey.

The geode feeding makes a lotta sense, as endworm shell can be processed into physicorium bars, so its shell is at least partially made of organic structures incorporating physicorium

If we want to draw comparisons to arthropods, the “plates” are comparable to the sclerites of arthropods, essentially these are composed of tanned polysaccharides.

While I highly doubt this is true for Barotrauma lore, I like to imagine the endworm feeds by clamping onto even larger predators and sucking their blood like a giant lamprey. The endworm isn't a predator - it's a territorial parasite who feeds off an even greater superpredator

      That's a good point I didn't think about that

That would actually be super scary. Maybe the abyss will finally become something to be afraid of all across the game, as unfortunately after the early game it just becomes a minor challenge that can easily be overcome with nukes. Even if it was a rare monster mission, you wouldn't even have to kill it, just snap a picture or two and pray that it deems you too much effort to hunt down.
But as you've said: it is unlikely.

maybe it's a parasite for the behemoth ?

It would be sick if in a future update chunks of the hull can be torn off. A well supplied sub and competent crew can survive pretty much anything Europa throws at them.

out of all the people i have been captain to in barotrauma, the clowns are often the most fearless in this situation because of their idiotic, crazy, or mischievous personalities of these people, sometimes i wonder if its a mix of all three but, sure as well find it funny when they are around- so long as they don't plant bombs with a bunch of twitches attached to them across my sub.

Would be nice if there are more diagrams while explaining the specific body parts with labeling and such, but good work still

Problem, Barotrauma isn't really in the favor of the almighty algorithm. Even large Ytubers that cover Barotrauma don't get as many clicks with other games unfortunately
Welp. Hope you get a speedy, complete and fullfilling recovery.
Looking forward to more Barotrauma lore vids from you!
