Luis hits a really mean flat ball, and his accuracy is ridiculous. I’d love to see him play Karue or Hermont. Jack has incredible potential and is really scrappy and fun to watch. This was a good one Winston, can’t wait for the next!
watched this again and I can say with confidence that if these 2 were playing on one of the outside courts at the US open, most people who go visit the tournament would not be able to tell that they aren't world class pros, both of these guys are so sound mechanically, just amazing to watch!
Great match between 2 great players! Awesome having this tournament on Winston's channel. Big props to Solinco and Tennis Warehouse for the sponsorship. I can't wait to watch the rest of the matches in the tournament.
Jack’s comment about Luis’ toss being really consistent is actually insane. Luis’ toss is pretty consistently the same whether he serves flat, slice, or kick
Awesome match Winston! I felt it really made a difference that they were playing in a tournament. Honestly, some other matches in your channel have been too casual, not in this one though, the competition was fierce.
I notice that Luis does a big breath out before he hits certain shots (see 8:44 onwards as an example) - does this allow for extra exhale on contact due to a big breath before? Never seen someone do that before.
What an amazing match. Jack is Fire and Luis is pure calmness power. Score was pretty friendly to the levels too in my opinion. Thanks Winston. Amazing competition series. Cheers, M
Luis rolling out with the bucket hat and just crushing returns. Wow! I wonder what the swing weight of that stick is with all that lead tape. It has to be north of 340!
jack was closer than expected. Louis had a bit more pace on his shots, was smarter on some of his disguises. Louis served very well. But again, Jack played very well. He'll do very well indeed at Cal Poly.
Wasn't expecting a popcorn match in the first round. 🍿I wanna see a rematch where Jack doesn't hit to Luis' backhand too much which is a thing of beauty.
my favorite part was 4:42, reminder that even such high caliber players can make these kind of mistakes so the rest of us can go a little easier on ourselves.
High quality tennis! Sorry, I have to say that if I saw either of these two guys on the street, I would have no idea that they are high level athletes or tennis players. Computer engineers maybe! Lol
Luis is super solid all around. Even at such a high level match, he can place the balls so well. If Jack wants to go to the next level, he should learn from Luis. No wonder Luis is a coach on D1 team.
Hi Winston, how old were you when you started playing tennis and how long have you been playing? I am 31 yo and want to get into it. Your videos came up on my algorithm and they are great. It looks real fun. Thanks!

Bucket hat gives +5 on serve disguise apparently
😂

11:25 the voice crack and the racquet slip lmao
Really enjoyed watching this match. Love these baseline rallies especially.
Dats some serious ball slapping. Wowza. High pace and weight shots and not a lot of arch. Flat and fast! Great match up.
Great play by both. Luis actually did play on the ATP tour and earned a few points in singles and doubles. Absolute beast.
Luis return- and moving ability are crazy. But Jack is also a very good player. Entertaining set!
I can't imagine the joy of being able to produce tennis like this every day
Luis' passing shots are unbelievable!

Luis reminds me of Agassi.
Jack improved his game a lot!
Can't wait for the next match up!
Holy crap, Luis is a hard break. Dude's serve is ridiculous! That's the biggest difference between these 2. Fantastic players, both of them!
What are those returns Luis, god dammn!!
Quality game from both
Monster slaps

Really enjoyable match. Would love to see more of Luis.

Luis plays like Hermont. Ls 2nd serve at 15:19 was awesome! 🤗
Jack's game is incredible. A few less UEs and it couldve went to tiebreak.
So good, so fast. Thanks for the show Louis and Jack, and Winston.
What an amazing match. Jack is Fire and Luis is pure calmness power. Score was pretty friendly to the levels too in my opinion.
Thanks Winston. Amazing competition series.

High-quality set! Jack should be proud of holding his own - Luis is a *beast.* Jack will be 12+ UTR in the near future.
love these vids bro never stop making them
Luis channelling Sampras with that consistent ball toss and effective second serve. Jack has a hell of a forehand, so much racket head speed.

Luis' 2nd serve is insane... and his return is ATP level.
He actually has ATP rankings in both singles and doubles
EPIC!! High-level from both players 👏

I see the Solinco branding at the net 👀 - nice touch!
nice, this is what we've been waiting for
Like the bucket hat. Beautiful hitting.

Very nice match. Quite entertaining 🙏

Insane playing by jack. Luis is lightning fast
Another great matchup! 👍
Okay…. Is it just the camera angle or is Jack foot faulting almost every serve with the back of his heel?
Never knew Gilligan was such a beast at tennis 😂
That's some good tennis!

Never too late to start and enjoy the game for the rest of your life. I started at 44 and been playing for 15 years.
THIS WAS GREAT....❤🔥🔥
I am a tennis beginner. What's the number one thing I can do to improve?
Footwork. Tennis is a game of who moves best and sets up their shots best. As for actual shots, gotta be groundstroke depth
i really like jack's depth and forehand
any chance us fans can come out and watch the final live?
possibly
15:54 thunderclap serve
Luis has the Karatsev serve!
broccoli hair vs broccoli hair
11:38 rip camera bro 😭
How did they get so good at tennis??
lots of practice
lots of matches
11:26 it cuts right as he drops the racket 💀
@12:00 was an ace :D
It touched the net
Luis shooting lazer beams...
Good match but there is no such thing as an 8 game pro set
insane ahh level 💀
Anyone else notice that Luis was also on a tennis brother’s video?
which one?

I love you Winston
That racket spin drop cut off, took me out lol
11:37 CAMERA DOWN!
These kids look like cousins, but one is from Italy.
I don't think either is from italy?
@@WinstonDu :D That's why I said "look" like.
