I watched this video an hour ago on my way to an Interview. There was 10+ people waiting in line for the interview as well. I had a lot of doubt and anxiety before I watched this video but once I got in the line, I kept reassuring myself that I’m getting the job. I believed in myself and that it didn’t matter how many other people are competing with me. Long story short, I was chosen to come back tomorrow for the second stage to the interview. So I've been doing this to my 3 year old as I put her to sleep. We always start our routine with Fatiha, Ayatul kursi, and 3 kuls, and then slow dhikr as I pat her to sleep. Once I notice her starting doze off, I softly repeat affirmations of her being loved, strong, kind, brave, etc. And it works. For a 3 year old, she has an incredible amount of self-awareness, alhamdulillah.
I started learning about about this topic four or five years ago, but without Allah’s words, it wasn’t complete. Alhamdulilah If only people understood how powerful Allah’s words are, how powerful the mind is and how to navigate through our feelings to get what we want using Allah’s words. Attaining Allah’s acceptance is the doorway to everything.

When he walked past Moses( I think), peace be upon him, he said that the Ummah would not be able to pray the 50 prayers and asked Mohammed (SAW) to go back to Allah SWT and ask for less prayers. Each time the prophet asked for a lower amount of prayer, the All Mighty decreased it by 5 each time and Moses (PBUH) each time asked the prophet to ask for another decrease in Salah needed until it dwindled down to 5. However, the Most Merciful decided that these 5 prayers will count as much as the original 50
Hamdullillah brother, thank you for sharing this with others. Everything you explain in this channel reminds me of how I got through my depression. I was in very deep at a point that I had given up everything and estagfirullah I asked for euthanasia. At one point I remember praying to Allah to protect me from myself and to guide me towards knowledge. After a very dark period I started feeling the mercy and the love of Allah and I was overwhelmed by shame and gratitude. I remember feeling only bliss and suddenly life was beautiful again. Everything I wanted, I attracted. I could never really explain what happened to me and at some point I thought I had a psychoses but now I understand I just had a switch in brain waves. My body already knew how to heal itself and I only had to ask for it sincerely and be grateful for the change. Thank you for reminding me. May Allah bless you every day
an interesting point I realized around 4:30 is when mohammed talks about everything is strings of energy. This reminded me of string theory. How atoms are made up of particles, those are made out of quirks and those quirks are theorized to be made up of strings of energy. This is so true. Everything is connected like roots and branches of a tree.

What is even a step further is the understanding that the recitation of anything can add control to our breathing. Therefore, the recitation of the Qu'ran, the word of Allah, can be a divine aid for controlling one's breathing and entering certain states of consciousness. This in itself is amazing, but when pair with the concept of frequencies, energies of vibrations, and how the Arabic language when recited emits its own distinct vibrations, we can see another aid to assist in our reaching a certain state of consciousness.
