    I lived in Lancaster for 34-years. I retired in 2010 and the door didn't hit me in the butt. This town was a hell hole when I left, I bet its 10-times worse now. If you love your family don't move there.

    Is this supposed to entice newcomers? How's that "net-zero" thing working out for you 2.5 years after the making of this video? I grew up in Lancaster (1961-1992), moved away in 1992 after it started to get bad...moved back there in 2010 to see that bad had become much worse and then moved away again in 2015. I miss Calif, but it costs too much to live there and generally, the citizens just aren't the friendly folks that they were in the old days.

    yes this old town grew big with all the construction in early eieties to 2000.. all the gang bangers moved up here..the prison brought there families here..people drive like A.holes..no ones friendly,shooting,crime all time high..i was born and raised here for over 50 years and now I'm ready to leave.oh yeah used to be a big meth town..probably still is..now outdoor pot farms..areospace and city jobs still king...most people commute to work yeah...
