Great video - any pointers about the expresso you put in the rub? Never put that in my rub before but down to try
I absolutely love Flanken Style ribs and these look delicious. They're hard to find here and somewhat expensive but when at all possible I grab a couple packs. So easy to grill, I've even fried in my cast iron pan. Always tender and juicy, so much flavor.
I've never tried frying them - adding to the list of things to try. Thanks!
I agree, the marbling looks perfect for a rather cheap product. I would stock them in the freezer if I can find such a quality meat for a good price.
Never tried coffee rub before, sounds really interesting. I will definitely try this, but I'm not sure if would like it better than a regular or spicy rub :)

Love it! These are awesome. If I'm being completely honest, I think I like flanken style ribs better than "regular" ones. So much easier to cook, way less time (even though you smoked it, still done after like what 90 min? I usually just direct grill them and call it a day), just as tender. Good stuff!
Easy, Cheap and Delicious are a killer combination! Next time you grill them try making a little smoke box for your Weber Q - these really take the smoke flavor well! Thanks for watching!
They look great, it’s a good thing that you didn’t overcooked them because then they’re to dry to eat. One of my favorite to cook because it’s so easy and fast to make, I always make fried rice when we do them. Thanks for another great video, 2 👍👍 ups again

For beef it's almost always water. For pork, 50/50 water/ACV.

With beef I usually just spritz with water. Sometimes 50/50 water and apple cider vinegar. Enjoy your cook!

salting the meat more than 1 minutes before grilling will dry it up, remember salt dehydrates

Sir I do believe you labeled your video wrong. I was watching through till you put them in a smoker since I'm using a charcoal grill 🤦🏽♂️
Hi Kanani. This will work just fine on a non-smoker grill. Just use indirect heat and you'll be golden! Let me know how it turns out. -Al
Kanani these style ribs should be grilled hot and fast. Hot direct flame with 3-4 minutes on each side.

What if you don’t have a smoker? Just a BBQ? I’m gonna try it anyway…..
You can smoke on a BBQ - just use indirect heat, and throw some wood chips in a foil pouch you poke holes in between the fire and the food and you'll be in good shape!
