Because her neighbor is a black man, she doesn't believe that he actually is a resident of her neighborhood and tries to call the police on him. Will this racist woman finally learn her lesson?

I’m a white man and my daughter is married to a black man, so I have grandchildren that are mixed and step grandchildren that are black. There are no differences in the way they’re treated in our family.

It's sad that we live in a world of evil people and other's that are down to earth
One of the best correction for racial prejudice is the Military it doesn’t fix it for everyone because some people can’t be reached with facts, kindness, nor threats. But I have seen some racism in people in the military but I have seen a lot of attitudes changed when serving side by side with people from other backgrounds, experiences, and racial experiences. Some people can’t be changed because they cling to their misconceptions from their formative years!
The very real threats of Article 15s, loss of pay, restriction, extra duty, being smoked half to death, Court-Martial, Brig time, General Discharge at best, Bad Conduct and Dishonorable Discharge at worst are all good motivators to not be racist in the military.
This is quite ridiculous when it happens.

So this randomly showed up in my MSN feed, and I'd like to open an honest discussion here. First of all, for some reason, the comments in the feed were turned off (???) Not sure if this was intentional, but ok. I also feel like any time I post a "counter" to anything, I have to (at least try to) explain that I swear on everything, I'm rather liberal, and I actually agree with the mission of this channel and the basic idea.
That being said...
This might not be the place or time for this discussion, but I kind of feel like "Karen" has become a term that would be decried were it to be used in the reverse fashion (obviously not "n-word" level, but maybe along the lines of other derogatory terms) would be decried as racist. Just because "Karen" has become synonymous with "b*tchy, entitled white woman" doesn't mean it's not a stereotype (and unfair to people actually named Karen.)
Also...and this is probably dumb and minor on my part, but to say that there are "thousands" of residences came off weird; that's more of a writing/script issue than an ideological one for me.
My last point (and no, I'll never know what it's like to be black) is that people like this "Karen" act like this to everybody. Yes, more so to those of another race, but I've had people (and yes, usually women...so now I'm the one stereotyping) randomly ask me why I'm there or insinuate that I'm up to no good - for no particular reason.
Unfortunately - like I said, I agree with what you're doing - videos like this likely aren't going to get through to people like this who (playing armchair psychologist) have whatever issue in their lives that they feel the need to be a busy-body or hall monitor or neighborhood watch or whatever makes them feel powerful.
