Now if someone does not pay the mortgage, the bank can go thought with a foreclosure but that has its guidelines and requires several notices. So this video was really dramatized on the legal aspect. And that is OK since this is not a legal channel. But please review your statements. Check your credit on credit bureaus and stay on top of your finances so you don’t get surprises like this.
