      the bad thing man....it is almost always broken. 8/10 times. These lance points like this are always thin....I would say this one was freeze popped apart in the winter.....but there are so many logs on that beach and muck....I doubt I ever find the tip. I had to just stop on that spot.....i ran out of material to sift. It was just to muddy and crappy in there. Now the water is all up on it. I would say there is a foot of water on it all now

      Seneca Relics. Commissioner Tom. Artifacts & Big Racks. Greatbasinman. Coyote Arrowhead Hunting.Chip Cornernotch Scott Hudson . Those are just a few I watch.....and they all find real stuff (have never shown BS stuff). There are other good channels as well....but......there is at least 1 idiot in every state on here throwing down crap.....showing fake crap.......or buying views by the thousands and pushing people making great finds out of the search. Either way it is BS......I do not even want to be a part of the community on here. Some of these people cannot look everyday like I do....and the view buying KILLS all their hard work. Say you work all week....and can only look on weekends. It kills you. There are guys on here looking with 10 people and buying thousands of views per video....also subscribers. And that is just like taking a dump on someones dinner plate.

    You are a beast I’ll say it again the hardest working man on TH-cam for artifacts! Hands-down! Keep it up you’re doing a great job love what you do thanks for your hard work brother! This video means a lot to me and I have to thank you again!! I’m headed back up to Cleveland clinic tomorrow night for my ninth and 10th surgery on my back! Last year I started watching you in February after my eighth back surgery and all I wanted to do was make my way down to the river to look for artifacts I ended up making it down there 4 months later and found a few flakes that day but it’s hard for me because of the physical issues I have and lack of spots. So I once again I’ll be watching your videos while I recover for the next six months knowing that I’ll never be able to do what you do think about me when you’re sifting please ! I know I want to do what you’re doing but I just can’t right now!You were huge motivation for me last year to get up off the couch and get rehabbed I’ll be in the same frame of mind again this year brother thanks Rocks!

    Man, I was wondering how new people come on the scene and all of a sudden they have 20k-50k+ views ... I never knew people were “buying views” that’s so narcissistic and weird... I’ve been doing this for years and my videos only get a couple hundred views... but oh well. I don’t care. I put in a lot of work. I dig for 9-12 hours a day and buddy I can continue right through the night lol digging six foot holes. I gave you a shout out in my recent hunt but I havnt uploaded yet.

    • @rockscousteau
      @rockscousteau  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yea man......it is really heart breaking to have people do that. It kills anyone who does not do it.....makes me make LESS per month in revenue......crushes your videos.....pushes them out of the search. Stuff like that is going to happen though.....no matter what you do. To be honest man....I hate to even try and go for an upload every day like I do. If people were not buying views I would add a video a week and just put all the finds from the week in it......but I have to try and upload about every 48 hrs. It is either that or buy 10K views.....it is a no win situation. The worst are the people throwing down points....then buying 10,000-40K views on a video they put zero work into. It sucks. Just go as much as you can.......and do as many videos as you can. If you have to look with some people to get more uploads...............DO IT. You make some good finds man.......you do. I still remember that point you found with the Pine Pitch on the base. That was INSANE nice. Your videos need to be watched.

      Rocks Cousteau thanks man, I found an owl effigy on my last hunt and I’m not uploading it yet... I’m just gonna wait and get like 5 videos made and up load one a week.... I have to work and pay bills Ann’s my channel is not monetized because I only have like 280 subs lol!!! I don’t spam my channel in FB groups but I guess that’s what people do... anyway you know how hard I dig because I see you do it like me... we go all day like machines... and MOST sites I driVE 2-3 hours just to get to... it’s not easy and it takes away work time from me paying bills then you have to clean your car and all gear when your back... people really have no clue the work we put in but it’s what we like to do.

    • @kevinkline6835

      Most likely if it's a mixture of flint type's. If it's all the same type then it could be a source. Keep looking. It took me about a year of hard looking to find my first whole point. Check out every flake. Carry it all out and start a Beautiful rock garden then you know the next stuff you find is new. That feeling you get when you find something made by them is amazing. Just my 2 cents. Happy hunting and God bless.
