turns out my wife never made it to week 39 :D on week 38 and 2 days she gave birth to a 3.5KG baby boy, thank you for these videos, they have greatly helped our journey together, if and when she becomes pregnant again I will watch the videos again to remind me. Thanks again

We consider baby full term at around 37 weeks, but we cannot predict when your baby boy be born. Normal can be that some babies come two weeks early while others two weeks late.

At last I reached the big day n I delivered a baby girl through cesarean!!! Now she is a week old n I am enjoying each and every day with her..thank u do much for sharing such important information to many of us n helping us to know more about pregnancy stages...thanks a lot. I am 39 weeks today. I weighed myself last night and I gained 7lbs since my last appointment! Less than a week ago! The most I have gained in between appointments my entire pregnancy. It has been at the most 3lbs every time. You mention weight should plateau, now I am worrried. I have had no swelling anywhere.

Thank you for your comments. It is very difficult for anyone to predict when baby will arrive. They can wait as long as two weeks over the due date. Treasure this last week and get lots of rest.

Dear karenflrz, Thank you for contacting us. A sudden weight gain at 39 weeks with no swelling sounds like increase in amniotic fluid. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about but I would call your doctor so he can check your blood pressure and your urine just to be on the safe side. All the best and kind regards Monica

Congrats Sona! Thanks for writing. True contractions happen during the hours before birth….that may not be for another one to three weeks. If you have concerns please contact your doctor.

Currently 38+2 watching this incase I don't make it to 39 weeks I so cannot wait I remember marking the weeks on the calendar since I first found out I was pregnant and then reaching the half way mark felt like an achievement, when I finally reached 28 weeks oh my I even remember starting my count down from 100 days exact and every 10 days my smile grew bigger now my heart will soon melt with joy 💙❤️💙❤️
