what i suggest is never breeding more than 20 seeds at a time,re-plant the 20 seeds and harvest the rest of the crops,they give around 100-200 of each fruit, and since special fruit go for around 10k each (and they sell quickly) you can make 1-2m per single harvest.If you breed and sell the seeds you just get 300k most of the time.
