I will be in Mumbai in 2 weeks, I cannot wait! A question if you don't mind: would it be acceptable to bring a small non-disposable plate for street food as to eliminate the plates as trash, or is disposable service ware required for hygeine? I have never seen anyone in your videos (or others) do anything other than use disposable ware, but I thought if I could keep down the trash just a tiny bit it might help a little. What do you think?

It's just famous because bandra stays many celebrty and they eat sometime.
Nothing special in panipuri.
@KID FROM AFRICA that area is famous for celebrty so some visit that stall that's why became famous. No Ragda no moong and cost like 5 start hotel ?? In Mumbai so many places much 100% times better panipuri in best taste. This stall looting money. And making third grade.

Because in sindhi panipuri they only add potato, no ragada / moong
Elco paani puri is highly exaggerated now ,,, they were truely good years back when he started from the thela on the road ,, we loved the sindhi paani puri, then ,, way too expensive, now ,, they just have the right location for chaat business, so they are cashing in on that ,, otherwise nothing extraordinary
You can get good paani puri just nearby at Amrut Sagar restaurant, opposite Metro Palace hotel and Marks and Spencer's showroom ,, they have a nice chaat corner ,,, then at Karachi Sweets nearby, opposite Bandra Medical store, which also is on Hill road, nearby ,, also must eat from the thela outside Glanz Fabric store at khar ,, all his chaats and paani puri are very good too, for much less than at Elco and the guy is clean too ,, wears kitchen gloves to serve

I have tried elcos Pani Puri, to be honest nothing really special, it's kinda overated ,its super expensive for a Pani Puri Rest of the places were amazing I am tempted to try that spicy schezwan fried rice looks delicious 😋😋 😋

Well then follow her vlogs and visit the places she shows. You need to know the right corners in mumbai. Also here you'll get authentic food from all over India and not just your typical chole and parathas. The fun part is you can go to all the places at night as well without worrying about your safety
