Some of his comments I’ve kept to heart as theese are places I intend to visit - upon his comments/recommendations. Thanks Mark.
It's called as tandoori chicken. It's not that difficult yogurt, lemon, ginger garlic, salt, oil and litle garam masala. Marinate it for 2 hours and cook it on barbeque.
I was in Mumbai in 1977 and went to this street . Fascinating as ever . The strange toastie machine is what we Aussies call a jaffle iron . A favourite of campers here ..The toastier you had is a mix of English and British cuisine
That bread is Khameeri.. means fermented Tandoori Roti.. It's soft and can be stored for longer period of time.. The ginger chilli has been soaked in Vinegar that's why they've gone a bit mild. The most amazing thing is your liver.. guess what.. it can even digest volcanoes too.

This dude is so amazed by anything that he eats! Have ever said "I didn't like this one". I've had some great Indian food and it was underneath a thick layer of oil...
I'm fascinated how generous the Indians are in their cooking. They put so much in their craft to the point of overdoing it sometimes but I guess they are simply unsparing.
I have a lots of respect for different culture, race their food. And I have tried many different cuisine such as Italian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Mexican, African, Caribbean, Japanese etc. But, I have to say that I cannot stay very far from Indian Desi food. The flavor that Indian food has is matchless. There is a strong reason behind that. The method they use, the material, fresh ingredients, different spices they use, it makes a lots of difference. For e.g. Daal Makhani that this guy tasted in Jai Jawan, traditional it takes minimum 12 hours to make. It sounds ridiculous right?? Well, that's true. Indian food is a process, that is the reason why it is expensive and has tons of flavor. I have a lots of friends American friends who says that they cannot stay away from Indian Food for more than a week. I am proud of desi (Indian) food.
Mark, you noticed the hacksaw blade that the sandwich guy uses. Good eye! That stove was not propane, they use kerosene. Kerosene and coal stoves are very common among street vendors. I enjoyed your Mumbai videos.
Mark has such a charming ,pretty wife and I think she is a great support to him in all his food travels.I know they go on to have a wee boy and he now goes on their travels with them. One happy family,Mark is such a cheerful guy and he is excellent in explaining all the different dishes they encounter,my mouth is watering just watching it.

Suzary Chan he is not rich like u
Suzary Chan. But unlike some places where even drinking water is dangerous, it is not a health hazard.
The Night king im not rich..he can use banana leaf instead of paper with ink..
Suzary Chan bananas don't grow everywhere..if u order them..they will be more expensive than papers..

Mosque in one part of the city, cathedral in another part.... and it is a hindu dominating country. That's India for you #namaste 🙏
Not hindu dominating but hindu majority country. What you said is different from what you want to say.
@@harshitkumar4760 english isnt first language...he tried his best.
Things have changed a lot now
Now it is indeed a Hindu dominat country
@@jestoshin7903 We who believe in the constitution will never let it be that. India was, is and always will be a country for all religions with no single religion dominating.

I love how lovingly Myron looks at Mark 😂
Lilly Bean he looks gay to me at somepoint.
lol no.. he is just a fan, i guess.. haha
Even if he is gay, why does it matter? I can't believe there are still people like you in 2018.
12InchesUnBuffed Hahahahaha
Lilly Bean 😂🤣
Mark's facial reactions and enthusiasm after having the first bite of food is something out of the world. I really appreciate it.Allah bless you and your family Mark we love you 😍
I'm a South African Indian and felt so proud of seeing Myron's face light up when Mark says "oh wow" when tasting each Indian dish. Curries are on one level but an authentic Indian curry is on another and only an Indian will know the proper way of preparation
We KNOW it’s good food when Mark tilts his head and smiles. We KNOW it’s delicious food when Mark tilts his head, closes his eyes in enjoyment, looks into the camera with a wide eyed smile, and chews his food slowly. I’m Mark’s new fan from Malaysia and boy I’m enjoying a decades’s worth of his food videos! Some of his comments I’ve kept to heart as theese are places I intend to visit - upon his comments/recommendations. Thanks Mark.
This is India! Incredible India!
The chicken looked so good in the last restaurant you went to. 😋
It's called as tandoori chicken. It's not that difficult yogurt, lemon, ginger garlic, salt, oil and litle garam masala. Marinate it for 2 hours and cook it on barbeque.
Did you all see yings' reaction at 17:30..... the rickshaw took a big bump on the road...... LOL... cheers Mrs Weins !!!
I was in Mumbai in 1977 and went to this street . Fascinating as ever . The strange toastie machine is what we Aussies call a jaffle iron . A favourite of campers here ..The toastier you had is a mix of English and British cuisine
Amazing and unique Indian food touching to its old roots. Love to b there. Love from Pakistan
Wow, irresistible curry, creative sandwiches, mouthwatering chicken &shrimp...never thought Indian foods are this good.

That's only 0.1 % of the dishes we have in India. I am a home cook and I can make at least 300- 350 different dishes. 😊
+Priya not .1 % cuz i just cant count only my home state punjabi dishes too

That's amazing!

Myron was a good tour guide.....
I am proud of desi (Indian) food.
please visit india....i hope you will be satisfied

It's true if u try Indian food once you again attract towards it

Wah Indonesia Juga Nonton Ya!😁😂
Mark, you noticed the hacksaw blade that the sandwich guy uses. Good eye! That stove was not propane, they use kerosene. Kerosene and coal stoves are very common among street vendors. I enjoyed your Mumbai videos.
Thanks!
