    Thats 4 Defenses coming at you in full effect!
    Get in the right position to touch balls! Cause lets be real... touching balls is the most important part of any D.. ;)
    There are millions of ways to play defense, these four are just defense that may help you get into optimum positioning to get a touch and/or up!
    Feel free to mix, match and mush these goodies into your games :)
    Talk before serve on what defense you will be running, call them fun things, and get some freaaaaking touches!

    Love the videos man. Though I must say this one is a bit fast and imo it would be nice for some extra explanation as to who's doing what. The methods seem very similar sometimes and a bit rushed

    Can you still do hand of god? I read the 2020 rules and I think rule 6.22.2 makes it illegal

      From what I've seen, defense at lower levels (beginner to mid-advanced) is better played pretty far off the net (like the split defense option). The offensive shots aren't as fancy at lower levels. When you get into High-advanced to Pro, offense is so strong that you often need one person close to the net to cut off the most angle possible, so funnel defense is more often seen at high levels. Preston, correct me if I'm off my rocker.
