This is the content we love. It's easy to understand and simple to implement. These types of things give my young white belt a huge advantage when facing much larger opponents. Technique is EVERYTHING.
Absolutely love your videos. I just started BJJ and love every second of it. I am still in the stage were everything is crazy and I roll around all goofy. Could you possibly make more beginner “first 5 skills you should learn” videos from all positions. They are so beneficial. Thank you for all you do !

Thanks for the video. I have one small suggestion to try out. During the setup to the darce choke you showed the S grip. My recommendation to anyone is to use the 3 finger grip. Not only is it much tighter but it is also a lot better for your joints.
I've always wondered if you put a submission on a guy in a street fight do they usually Tap or just give up and pass out. What are your experiences with that. Cause I'm pretty sure tapping is a universal way of saying you win
Tapping is not universal, many people who don’t train in submission grappling don’t know it. Depending on the exact situation, tapping might or might not work in a street fight. The other person might keep choking if they‘re sufficiently afraid or angry.
If you do it right their out before they know they have lost and your gone when they find out their shoes are too. Growing up on the streets suuuuuuucckkkkeeeedd. Breaking bone is sending a message or making a point. Ending the fight asap is survival.
You can see a camera man in the window reflection, nice to met you and good job btw, very smooth video since I seen you just holding it and no equipment ;)
Never fails to impress...even my instructor is not keen on hittin a knee on belly on me thanks to leg wrap escape you gave me lol I've got that shit down to a T, still in process of hittin a sub from there, heek hook or something?
@@KnightJiuJitsu Thanks alot for advice. Will try that.Yeah, I've been using it for long time now and its got me out a hundred times.Just took time to perfect. Thanks bud, hope your well.
Maybe it’s just because I have ADHD😂 but it’s amazing how fighters can not only learn these grappling techniques and apply them in real matches effectively.
I was sad I didn't see the no gi baseball bat choke. I guess that's just a biased because I've been happily landing the baseball bat choke a lot lately haha
@@KnightJiuJitsu I know you do! Where ya think I got all the good details from!? Haha thank you for all the great info and work you do for us to learn from.

Good details man
The arm in bulldog is unique gonna have to experiment with that one thanks !
Excellent instruction, thanks!
Eli Knights one of my favorites to watch on YT I wish I could be trained by this man
I really appreciate that a lot. Thank you!

Also, obligatory „DO NOT EVER GET IN STREET FIGHTS IF YOU CAN AVOID IT AT ALL“ note.
They usually say STOP DONT BREAK IT in terms of locks and they snore in terms of chokes.
Donque Shot
Lmfao, love how that’s always a footnote

Thanks for sharing! You made that really easy to understand!
I have never seen an arm in bulldog choke before. Very interesting.
Love this series brother. Good stuff!
The guys face gets so red 😂🤣 great video!
Great details covered as always Eli, the academy looks pristine too 😊
I appreciate that greatly.

5:00 - “We’re gonna switch the angle a little bit.” *deeper breath than the training partner intended*
Great detail on that anaconda choke finish with the leg! Also, look at that mat space, looks brand new, I would love to roll at your facility!
We keep it clean. Those mats are over 15 years old.
Can you do a video on the Von-Flue Choke please?
I really like your videos. I'm the beginner and i enjoy in jiu jitsu. Big respect from Germany. Oss
Thank you so much for watching all the way in Germany. Best of luck with your training!

Eli: We're going to switch around the angle a little bit

How can anyone dislike this video?
i am korean and i am teached in korea. i love your techniques. ^ㅡ^
Thank you so much for watching!
Don't call me weird, but I was more focused on the scenery than the moves the first time I watched this.

Why would anyone dislike this video, haters
Do you have any videos on starting from knee position? As a white belt, I still struggle with “how to” start from kneeling position.
I have been planning to make one on that!
Can you tell me what do yous use the mat in your dojo?
Do you mean the brand of mats? They are Zebra mats.
@@KnightJiuJitsu Thank you

There’s a pretty easy route to the saddle or to a leg drag pass off that escape. Glad you’re getting use out of it!

Thank you so much for watching. I hope these help.
@@KnightJiuJitsu yes sir it does help alot 🥋🥋
Hey I do jiu jitsu and I like your gym
Thanks 🙏 Oss
That's a beautiful room.
Would the anaconda be hard to hit in a 1 on 1 street fight against a non trained fighter. Also how would they react to it
They go unconscious!
@@jonathangiacoletti5010 LMAO I've always wondered how do people naturally try to get out of it

OPEN UP THE GOD DAMN GYMS!!
I agree. I’m lucky mine is open and I feel for all those whose gyms are still closed.
Knight Jiu-Jitsu Im tired of doing push ups! I need to get back to my Bjj/mma routine! Btw great video bro! Keep it up!
Everyone always forgets the front and side naked choke.
I considered putting those in this video as well as the regular bulldog headlock, but it started to get a little long.
Knight Jiu-Jitsu I like that arm in bulldog. Don’t think I’ve ever seen that before.
Knight Jiu-Jitsu front naked choke win on UFC last night.
give bro a five minute break in between takes he started turning red😭😭
