Can I just say, I appreciate your very real, distracted brain process of cooking because I relate so much! I've loved seeing your subs just explode over the last 4 months. You deserve every sub! 😊
I have been following you for quite some time, and as a chef with 20 years of cooking experience, I really like your enthusiasm and persistence. However, I think you should make a small investment in a decent knife and a stable cutting board. Not to follow the narrative, but once you have these, you will work a lot more relaxed. as usual top content !
I got something for you to try Dave!!! Keto root beer pop! 8oz glass of Carbonated mineral water 1 Tbst of Allulose 1 Tsp of pure Vanilla extract. Mix! You can also replace the vanilla with maple extract, that has yet to be tried by me!
Reminds me of a recipie you see on a Campbell's soup can. LOL. Hmm sub cauliflower rice, cream and bone broth, for the cream chicken soup, dump peas and carrots and you got keto low carb dish. Voila
Please put something under your cutting board to stabilize it🙏🏼 I’m afraid you’re going to cut yourself. I usually just put a paper towel underneath unless I am using a board that grips to the counter. Safety first 👍🏼
This dish might be cheap and easy but it's definitely not healthy. Mixing all those carbs with high fat and seed oils leads to so many health issues. Also, the parm didn't melt because it's fake cheese. If u use real parm cheese it would be a better sauce.

I’m sure I may be the minority, but I enjoy your “regular” not keto cooking shows .
Although I enjoy all of them !!!!
You just make fun & funny videos! Looks yummy!
I have that same skillet from IKEA, it is my favorite.

I so can relate to your cooking style in the kitchen.
Press the chicken breast down with one hand and cut through from the thicker side with a thin knife. A fillet knife (not a steak knife).

Im trying this one for sure. I think id dice the chicken up for sure.
Maybe add a bit more cheese. Id add more sauce
Yummy 😊
I would suggest adding another can of soup and / or sour cream to the dish before cooking it. I'd also mix in some cheese to the rice mixture.

I miss rice😢 lol
You're right, I would cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
Look up a recipe called No Peak Chicken. It uses a baking dish and I feel like it is better and easier.
YEA!!!!! A non Keto recipe!!!!!
IKEA sells a large lid for that skillet.
How can you even taste the food when it's so freaking hot when you eat it?

If it's not healthy enough for you don't make it! A person can usually make any recipe healthier if they want! Maybe you should watch something else!
Yes, LIGHTEN UP, Trish!!
Looks like you’re off keto
He does both!
