"I hate this one" that's not an analysis, that's just someone being mean and creating insecurities. People need to learn the difference between being honest and being just rude.
Sometimes honesty hurts
@katie5920 yes, but it doesn't always have to be presented in the most hurtful way. A simple no or a "not this one" would have sufficed.
"I hate this one" offers nothing to the client. Professionals in Korea simply say "this doesn't suit you because xyz, I recommend this other colour" which is an actual analysis and sounds more professional.
@katie5920 you can be honest and polite at the same time. It's called being considerate and, in this situation, professional
Saying "I hate this one" is not an insult. and we can see in the video, the stylist is talking more but its cut out by the voiceover.
Is it just me or she actually looked good in every damn colour 🫠
I feel like this often is also depending on how you want to look.
Someone who dresses full goth does not care if the colors they put in their black outfit makes them look sickly or pale, it's part of the look.
Someone who loves pastels should not be told not to wear them etc.
Doing a check like this can be useful if you want to find your style and build a wardrobe, but if you already have that, don't let them talk you into throwing out the stuff you feel confident in!
actually she looks perfect in bangs
i love understanding colour theory because every time a new colour was shown you can almost see the colour of her skin and hair change
My anger issues could never 😢
I'm just so intrigued by how we have started to complicate our lives
Color analysis has been around since the early 1900’s
What is complicated about this? What part is hard for you to understand?
@@emote3976why worry about what colors make your skin glow a bit more? why not wear whatever you want?
@@emote3976if it isnt complicated why did she have to go to a professional and pay out of her ass to get this analysis. If it was easy why doesnt she just look in the mirror and see what she thinks looks good on herself? If its simple why is there a business for it at all? She says she “found out” shes x y and z. As if she hasnt had a mirror all her life
@@arrowundefinedso? It was dumb then too
The colours that she said looks ugly on you is the most beautiful ones❤ don't change yourself
The deep purple looked so good and the bangs were cute!!
Hate is a strong word....
Is bitch betta’ ? - Teresa Guidicce
I loved how the bright pink looked on you. It really brought out your lips.
I understand how this is very helpful for people to refine their style choices and experiment! But I think people should just wear what they like and makes them feel happy at the end of the day.
Agreed
Yes but I also think they went to too far with telling her, her natural hair doesn’t fit her that’s messed up
yeah agreed, life is too short to restrict yourself
Nah bc if the person kept roasting me I would start crying 💀
I think as long as you have confidence in what you wear it doesn’t matter what people think of you as long as it feels like you! ❤️
As much as I love this channel, sometimes it feels like it is a space for brewing unnecessary insecurities
Agreed
PREACH! i love her but i cant deal w this bs
What she didn't even do anything
RIGHT!! Like always makes me feel somewhat a bit miserable that i dont do anything near as she does LOL
@@Obviouslyaroach1011she literally said “you’re not ugly, you’re just wearing the wrong hair, nails, etc.” like??? 😭😭
Nah I think they did you dirty on this one, the first few colors vibrant darker tones looked much better on you imo, really brightened and warmed up your complexion. The pastel colors made you look washed out and tired.
That’s the problem with this I think that this is much more focused on how somebody else views you. But not everybody looks and thinks you’ll look best in green, for instance. So it’s really just a waste of time
Bffr
Same
@@That1Guy112Matching things to your skin undertone is not a personal view though. You can say that objectively. Just like you can say that purple and yellow are a complementary contrast. And every person can still wear (nearly) every color because (nearly) every color exists in a shade and brightness that fits your undertone. These things are meant to be guideline not mandatory rules. If you personally just love green then keep wearing it.
Omg that's what I thought too! She looks way paler with pastel colors or at least that pastel colors
“I don’t agree it, but I don’t love it” 😩😩🤣🤣
"You're not ugly, just the way your hair looks and your outfit looks and how your face is, but you're not ugly."- stylist
People really paying for a roast sesh when u can just wear what you want 😭
its about what colors flatter you the most. obviously you can wear what you want.
i absolutely love the different clips you used to compare the colors on you, you with the burgundy kinda color makes you look brighter, and the lemon yellow one makes you look more lifeless
Let's not lie, that burgundy purple looked amazing on you
Agreed. It was by far the best one! I was SURE she'd end up with cool jewel tones.
Ikkrrr! She definitely was glowing
Right? This is true for every video of this type. I wonder if it's the camera or it is not exactly possible to be objective about it.
After all - is my red same as yours?
It has to be the camera. I couldn't explain it otherwise. Generally anything turquoise spectrum wise tends to show up very different on camera. As well as anything containing brighter, neon tones.
AGREED!
That dark plum color was gorgeous on you
I wish your color analysis person had a TH-cam channel she is so funny 😂
Tbh confidence is key, regardless if you do or don't look good in a color
“The wrong color, the wrong pattern, the wrong hair” damn, so like the entire existence?
You looked so pretty with the darker colors:( and bangs suit alot more
We honestly need a comparison video. Asia vs. U.S.
YOUR BLACK HAIR LOOKS AMAZING!! THAT IS THE BEST HAIR COLOUR ON YOU!!
I love how the girl working is wearing the most unflattering color I can possibly imagine
Imagine paying another person to tell you what you’re personal taste is supposed to be 💀
its about whats most flattering. & there's science behind it actually. its color theory. its not just some persons opinion.. if done right, any consultant she sees would have the same answers.
Ngl you looked so cute in those bangs😭😭
Too fat
I disagree
@@Why_who_where I disagree
I agree the bangs were 🥰
@@heyyitsalexaa I disagree with your disagreement
That yellow was phenomenal. You were glowing
I think I am the only one who really think all of these things would make my life more complicated.
No. She is not explaining it so I am not buying it. It seems that she is going by her feelings where in Korea or Japan, they show you that warm or cold tones suit you and even match you with colder or warmer tones of same colour to compare. This girl is just saying “I hate this one” as a supposedly professional opinion? 🙄💀
Yeah, all the ones I've seen in Asia they explain it. Like, "this color reflects off your face makes it look like you have a mustache".
Watch the full length video, she explains it more
Those bangs looked so cute on you! 🥺
is it just me or do the bangs actually look good
The bangs were actually so cute tho
This is the most reliable practice since water dowsing 😂
Bro really called us not ugly, then proceeded to call us ugly 💀
"I hate this one.... I hate this one even more....... I don't hate it, but I don't love it.."
SO IS IT GOOD OR NO?? 💀😭
i don’t know why but this made me laugh incredibly hard “im a light spring”, idk why this is so funny to me 😂😂
It’s interesting though because I feel like it’s partially subject to your stylist’s preference also, even if they’re an expert in color theory. Everyone has their taste. Go with their knowledge PLUS what you feel happy and comfortable in.🥰
“ I HATE THIS ONE! “ “ hmmm I don’t hate don’t love!” “ YOUR GOLD GIRLIE” were so funny!😂❤
Confidence is key. Rock out to what you like
You could were a rag and it would look good. There were so many dark colours that look stunning on you. Don’t take this as a restraint but as a suggestion bc yu look stunning in everything xxxxx
I agree I feel like the opposite of her textbook colors also suit her
ye thoes dark color looked so pretty on her!
And is something wrong with me, bcs I thought that tortoise and other greens and blues made Wendy’s skin brighter 🙃
Girlu hated every color 💀
“you’re not ugly, you’re just doing everything wrong” is actually hilarious lmfao
I think models should be scared of Wendy in full glam lol. 🫢🫶🏻
“The wrong hair” 😭
This is such a first world waste of time and money lmao 💀
yeah its a silly fun non essential thing to spend money on so are a lot of things let people have fun lol
Not just that, but it also raises insecurities and implies that, on the basis of one woman's opinion, you should change your entire style. Fashion should be about being comfortable, confident and having fun. It should not be trying to match some arbitrary beauty guidelines.
so? it's their money, people can spend it however they want
@@spaceduckofdreams806disagree with this thinking but I agree with u on the let people enjoy what they want (ig) thinking
Let people have fun
The bangs looked good
I don’t think you’re a light spring at all I think some of the darker cooler colors looked better
Same
I know right??
100%!!! Not light spring at all. I thought those light colors looked super washed out on her. I wonder what the qualifications of the person doing the “analysis” is. At this point, almost seems like a gimmick for people to make some extra cash even if they’re not qualified and we’ll versed in color theory. I would really only go to a well studied artist who really knows light and colors for something like this.
I thought she looked stunning in dark browns and tans!!
Thank you. Thought I was crazy
Every hair color looks good on you I swear 😭
If you're a confident person everything will look good on you 😊
light spring? i feel like it only makes your face look dull lol and bangs look cute on you.
